  Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown.   I was gladly surprised. It is not luxury but it is a nice, clean and comfortable place! It is right on the beach!!! It is not so close to the town center, but within a nice distance to bike.
