  Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins.   The indoor pool was great for the kids especially since it was raining. Our room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us. - It was dirt cheap to stay at and if you only need a room, shower, and bathroom while you visit the cape this is the place.
