  Location and price. Accommodations were ok. Not fancy but comfortable. Room large, bath tiny,mattress comfortable, tv new. Staff very nice.   I thought Rhisa, who checked me in was a wonderful concierge who helped me with all my inquiries and had bell hop take all my treasures up to my room!   This was our first trip to Maui from Canada and I booked our stay at the Courtyard because I knew we would be tired after travelling for so many hours. I also loved the onsite laundry facilities - it helps keep clothes fresh since we go through many clothes with the heat and humidity.

  The oceanview is fantastic. What you want to do is simply sitting on the balcony and looking outside, sunrise to sunset, everyday. The view is so amazing that you don't want to go anywhere else.
