Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. -

All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available. Mom was happy. -

The location was perfect - close to convention center and next to 16th street mall with tons of restaurants & shopping. My room was gorgeous - a kitchen area with hardwood floor, a living room with flatscreen TV, a separate bedroom with a flatscreen & walk in closet. We arrived very late, after midnight, and the front desk was very helpful noting that we requested a late check out. The next day they were gracious enough to let us stay for a while longer. We loved the facility and the room. Such a nice place to get away. -
