Loved everything about the hotel, the rooms were fantastic, so was all the inside of the hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. excellent breakfast everyday. Free bar from 5 30 to 7 30 every night. beside the hotel was a small mall so anything you needed was only across the road with food takeaways as well. Nice location, close to restaurants, shopping, gas stations, but not noisy from traffic. The staff was super friendly, we had a man serenade us during the breakfast buffet, it was lovely. The breakfast is wonderful, many choices and a beautiful setting.
所有评语 » The main lobby was very nice and relaxing. It was a good place for our family to gather for visiting. The breakfast and happy hour drinks that were included in the fees for our suite was an added value that attracted us to stay at your hotel. Excellent housekeeping, everything clean throughout hotel. "Happy Hour" Excellent upkeep for probably an older hotel. Service great everywhere. Price was absolutely great also. I definitely like Embassy Suites.I love this hotel! The staff is always friendly and they keep the immaculately clean. You can tell the hotel is a little older and it isn't fancy... but they are always friendly and I love staying there. atrium was very nice. It had a waterfall. Very nice atmosphere Breakfast was good. Cook-to-order items. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathroom had granite countertops and shower had granite. It was a friendly, relaxing environment. Plenty of room for 3 ladies of different generations. Nice place to relax, swim and hot tub in the evening. Great breakfasts and happy hour. It was a very comfortable suite, the room/housekeeping was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a lot of amenities. The breakfast each morning was excellent!. My wife and loved the way Embassy Suites is set up physically. It's almost like a European hotel, looking down over the courtyard. Very romantic and comfortable at the same time. We Loved The Hot to Order Breakfast Buffet! We Loved the indoor Pool! The staff Was very friendly! The hotel was really beautiful! We still would stay there again!. The spacious rooms, the beautiful atrium, the many choices available with the cooked-to-order breakfast, the availability of the pool, spa, and fitness center. Very nice and spacious rooms. A great complimentary breakfast as well as a happy hour with snacks. Quiet room but family friendly at the same time. atmosphere of the courtyard with plants, flowers, etc. The breakfast was very nice Liked pook and hot tub for adults only after 10PM. We liked the seperate sleeping area. Breakfest service is excellent. Nice facilities. A goodvalue forthe money. Better than most. Comfort and cost along with the friendly staff and good food, also good idea ref 'Happy Hour' and would love to re-visit. As always - the breakfast is the best. Chef cooking the omlets was pleasant, efficient & friendly!. Staff was incredible. Always eager to assist and provide a positive experience in all aspects. Joyce at the front desk was awesome she made the stay so great she deserves a big raise. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. Wonderful experience all around. The staff was amazing. Locations proximity to downtown and the mountains. Location for our activities. Staff.very polite. Clean rooms, good complimentary breakfast. General layout of the rooms. the hotel was not in the centre of Denver, but you could get a bus & train for about $4 return which took about 30 mins. The internet fee, it seems that most other places have free WIFI, or have already considered it in the price of the room. We would of liked to bring in our own food in the large center lobby area...such as to order pizza in instead of having to order through your restaurant...but it was good. Slow elevators. And no reflection on hotel, but I thought we were in a "lobotomy" convention during the weekend!!!! Like the walking dead--when people just stare at an open elevator, etc---unusual clientele. (& I consider us just average people). I wish they had flat screen TVs. Need to upgrade certain amenities!! TVs were old, the telephone was very old. Need to upgrade bedspread. Need a lot of modernization. Pool was very noisy and full of kids during the day, as was the hot tub. The bar/grille service wasn't very good. At one point I went down for a drink at the managers happy hour, and the bartender couldn't get me a mixed drink because he had no ice! I then went back to my room. We hated having to pay extra for Wi-Fy, and there wasn't a lot of TV Channels for kids:(. No free internet, a few issues with poor service from the staff. Hotel was full of children for a track meet, senior trip etc. It was overwhelming. During leisure time I watched some TV. The tv's were very old, resulting in poor picture quality. You could not read the scrolls at the bottom of the screen! This is my only objection with the room. Could not fault other then 1 lift out of order and the others slow. Additional charge for internet! REALLY? Unnecessary and annoying!. Was awesome disappointed in the breakfast. The bed was a tad uncomfortable and my husbands son couldn't sleep on the pull out because the mattress was like a prison mattress, But it could be that we are too spoiled at home and not the hotels fault :-). We could hear other guest through the walls fairly well. Staff seemed over worked and, at times, over whelmed. The slow elevators & one was unavailable and we did not like the fact that you charge for Wi-Fi (we refused to pay the $8.95 for 24 hrs.). The staff at the front desk were not friendly. They did not go out of their way to be helpful at all. Sent us to the wrong place to park. Basicly just gave us the keys to the room and that was all the service we received. No welcome, no smile, It was disappointing since this was the nicest hotel of the four on our trip. What up's with charging for the WiFi. We had to go to Starbucks where they offer free WiFi. What the heck. We probably won't be staying at another Embassy suites. 1. Pool water was too cold. 2. Charged us $15 more for two nights than they did for the other three nights for one room. 3. Shower seat came loose. No free Wifi. Only place we have stayed with no free wifi. Rooms could use some up dating. wish it were closer to the family I was visiting. Ability to get elevators quickly, couldn't control temperature enough. Slow elevators. All was great nothing to complain. Charge for Wifi. Staff at desk was aloof & unfriendly. The hotel was a bit old and run down. Rooms are dated. Cigarette burns in bedspread. Microwave from 1970s. Odd smell in room. Roll away with very poor mattress. Ran out of plates at breakfast. No hot tub,no view of moutains like in pic. The hotel building is very old, the room we got was very musty. There was water leakage stains on the wall. Two of the 4 elevators were not working and when we arrived one of the remaining 2 elevators got stuck on one of the floors. The hotel did not meet the Embassy Suites quality I have stayed at previously. The staff need serious training on how to work with customers. Plus the constant signs around the hotel and elevators with clip art looks more Motel 6 than Embassy Suites.
