outstanding room and service. Excellent room service . clean room everyday. All staff very nice. Excellent price and very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return real soon. We will only stay here for all future visits. We will recommend it to all our friends and family. The location Is great. Within walking distance to all shops and the pismo beach pier. You can also hear the ocean outside your window when it quiets down at night.

Staff very accomodating. it was clean my wife cleans anything we might put are hands on door nobes fauctes etc she was surprised how clean it was!!!. The room's were nice ,and best of all it was real close to the beach. We had a great time while we were there. Nice accommodation, friendly staff, great price for that awesome location. Great location , small room , but if your just gonna sleep there who cares. It was nice for the price block away from the beach. Proximity to beach and entertainment/dining areas. very quiet by the Beach relaxing. Close to beach close to shops. comfort and quietness. Location. Location. Room was clean and had all the necessities. The beds were comfortable and we were pleased that there was a small refrigerator. Continental breakfast was adequate with English and mini muffins, coffee,tea and juice. The location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach. When we checked in to our room, we found that we couldn't get out due to the door knob fell off. After talking to the rep., she moved us to a much better room which was perfect for us. Our stay turned out to be very nice. We would stay at that motel again. The location was great, parking was free, price was good for it's close proximity to the beach. The location was excellent. The beds were great and rooms clean, showers to small, managers can be more friendly, we went there for some peace and quiet but instead we had to put up with a crying toddler, and the pool was not open. :(. The layout of the suite was good with a good amount of space in the kitchen to make simple meals. The location and price. Bathroom OK. Location, Location, Location!!. The location. by the water. Overall building location close to shopping and walking around town. I liked it was the center of everything. We could walk everywhere. Nothing about Ocean Breeze Inn. Close to the beach. nothing. Room decor needs updating badly. Pillows are very uncomfortable would recommend bringing your own. Room is smaller then expected but 300 ft from the ocean can't complain too much. Would have like fruit option at breakfast. parking very tight. The bedrooms could of been a little bigger and the beds could of been a little bigger, But it was a nice place to stay.. Just some minor upgrades that could be done (door handles etc.). Not much. After years of being returning guests, it's always a nice stay. Pool still out of order when I asked about the pool they had no idea when pool would be in service, no microwave in room, no coffee in room, bare minimum for a room, bed was pretty hard, breakfast was only muffins and toast only, coffee no juices, no milk. Staff was a joke,place was a joke don't ever go here unless you want a nightmare. Street Noise. The motel is showing its age... but then again, we are too. Actually for the money, it wasn't bad at all. I didn't like the odor and door knob in our first room since we paid a price too much for it. Manager did not seem friendly at all. Although parking was free, there was not enough parking for all guests and we had to park on the street. Pictures show a kitchenette and our room did not have one, it had a microwave stacked on a mini fridge which was on a night stand. The site said there was a indoor pool and that was one of the reasons we booked there. There was no table to put your laptop on, no coat hangers and it took until the next day. There wasn't anything to set your suitcase on. The rooms were extremely small for a 3 day stay. Refrigerator Wheezed-had to unplug so we could sleep, lack of electrical outlets at sides of bed, lack of nightstand/surface on one side of bed only, faucet stuck/hard to turn. Wish reservations and night manager had better coordination.: Despite calling several times during the day, when wearrived at 9:30pm no one had told us that a key would be left and where to find: partner needed to use restroom badly but we couldn't leave premises while waiting for nite mgr. Signs stating noise would not be tolerated after 10, but no one was at the desk when the noise proceeded until 2 in the morning. Continental breakfast was sparse. Limited parking on site. Parking on the street was available, but is not always. The continental breakfast was needlessly bad, could easily have been better, like real half n half for coffee, and starting at 8 A.M. is a bit late in the morning. There is coffee and such near by. Should skip the continental. Also, no pool when it was advertised. It's an older, mostly uncomfortable motel with no air conditioning. Though it was clean, it was definitely well worn. The breakfast was toast mini muffins and juice. The comforters were visibly dirty when we got to our room. The pool was closed (apparantly because it doesn't have handicap access to I am guessing they will not be reopening it any time soon). The beds were very uncomfortable. Ugly, small room. No place to sit except the bed. Hole in the bed spread. Poorly made bed. Entire property not attractive. Front desk lady was grumpy! Pool not in working order. Our bed was SO NOISEY you couldn't even roll over with out waking up each other :-(. The beds were disgusting, the rooms looked nothing like the picture and the pool had been shut down by the city. room was to small pool was not open. I stayed there because they had a indoor pool,but it was closed. Room location. Room was very small furnishings dated and cheap looking. Comforter polyester. Not enough towels. Shower mat was not replaced and was still wet for second use. Door locking mechanism difficult and not working properly. When we got our room key we couldn't open our room, I went and got the girl working the front desk she called someone to help with the problem they took the door handle off to clean it but didn't fix the problem I asked for another room but they wouldn't give me one , I was staying two nights it was very inconveant we had to get the front desk employees to unlock our door every time we came back from our outings, there was a point I tried to find another room in pismo but they were booked. Noise, dirt, cost like Marriott, stuff don't care about their clients and much more. Never seen anything like that in my whole life and I am 66!. The bed spread and the sheets were dirty and the manager gave all kinds of excuses why they were dirty. He said that the water bill would be too high if they wash their sheets everyday. He said that the solution they use was ruining the sheets, etc. we asked for a different room but it was way smaller than the original room. I would never recommend this place at all.. Bed linens had brownish spots..when I requested to the manager to change it. He said that he didn't have any more bed linens. I think that motel was over price with poor quality. I was dissapointed..never again make reservation on that motel.
