The room was clean and I really liked the fully stocked kitchen with everything from microwave and oven to coffee maker and oster blender, all of which were in new condition.   I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!
