Really great experience. Staffs friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated on Palm Parkway, which is a very quiet street, while I-4 is only half a mile away. What's more, between the hotel and I-4 there's a gas station (Shell) where the cheapest gas in Orlando area can be found (checked online every morning during my stay) five food courts where you can find possibly around 30 places to eat in total. Nothing upscale, but gives you good food for good prices.
所有评语 » Our room was very comfortable. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The location was central with easy driving to most locations and shuttle service to the Disney parks. The Hot breakfast was very appreciated and adequate. The staff kept the food available during the time allotted We would definitely recommend this Quality Inn to friends visiting Orlando. It was very clean.The bedroom was separate from the living room/kitchen area and both rooms had TVs. Bathroom was large and the beds were very comfortable - not soft. Had a great hot breakfast every day so we didn't have to look for restaurants. It was just a couple of miles from the Disney parks and SeaWorld. Great place to stay and would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ameena at the front desk. The owner of the little shop Mrs Iqbal has everything stocked in her shop, including emergency medicines that my boys needed. I enjoyed my long conversations with her. If I ever have an opportunity of going back, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. The rooms were very spacious, easily accomodating the 5 of us comfortably. Everything was super clean and I felt very comfortable with my 2 year old running around and playing on the floors and furniture. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Excellent rates for the location and size of room, we'll definately stay here again. The efficiency kitchen and complimentary breakfast made traveling on a budget a delight. The 1 bedroom apartment was large and well organized with a TV in two locations so the kids could relax after their day at Disney by watching what they wanted and my husband and I could relax and do the same. Everything about this hotel. I will come back soon. The third floor house keeper was great. She was very nice and had an excellent smile. The manager and front desk man was awesome. The lady that sell the tickets was sweet also. I will come back again. the suite was excellent with fridge, microwave, huge beds, good view. nice and clean. staff courteous and helpful. we left behind a baby doll and staff was great in their efforts to help us find "baby"Front desk full of best ways to get around!. It was spacious. The perfect size for my husband, 3 kids, and myself. Loved that there was a door between the bedroom and living room. The kitchenette was also a definite plus. The closeness to Disney World was awesome. A great value!. This is the second time that we stayed at the Quality Suites. It's a very fair hotel in terms of cost/benefits. The staff is attentive and tries to help whenever asked. I'll stay at the hotel again and have recommend to friends. Very clean room. Suites have everything you need. The hotel is close to many parks (Disney, Sea World), outlets, mini-markets and restaurants, including Hooter, Olive Garden etc. It was centrally located to everything. Free Shuttle Bus from hotel to Disney World, but not for others. Location is good but must have a car to travel around. 5 minutes drive to the nearest Premium Outlet Mall and easy to get food around. The location is perfect, it is middle of the Disney World and Universal Studios. Also it is very close to shopping mall and restaurants. The landscape is perfect of the location as well. Fortunately, I found out that turning it off doesn't really make the room hot - the air conditioners must be all connected, because cool air still comes out of the vents. The elevator near our room was in repair during our stay. This didn't create a major problem though. Breakfast had no variety. We got bored eating the same thing every morning. It was highly disorganised during the New Year break when the hotel was very busy. The only complaint I heard from any of my family was that the pull out couch matress was very uncomfortable and the eggs at the free breakfast were not very tasty. The fire alarm was pulled two times while we were there once late at night after we were in bed and another time fairly early in the morning. It was beyond the hotel's control but still a bit aggregating. The pool was not heated and was too cold even for my kids who are used to cooler Alaska water temperatures; this disappointed our 11 year old, but the beach later in in our trip quickly helped her get over it. That i had to leave. all the shuttling, tramming and monorailing around to get into Magic Kingdom. Not your fault, but with toddler and stroller cumbersome. The "Game Room" consisted of 2 video games and 2 claw machines - none of which took dollars. The gift shop had such limited hours that we were never able to visit in the 3 nights we stayed. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. The only note worth mentioned is that the breakfast finishes very early (9:30) for a vacation hotel. What is very impressive is how quickly the kitchen staff collect all the food and cleans the area. By 9:35 hs it looks as if there has never been a breakfast on the kitchen. You probably will want to wake up earlier. There were not enought towels for swimming pool. The breakfast was good, but didn´t have many options and never change. Every day you´ll eat the same thing and if you stay for many days, in no time you´ll be eating out. They don´t have many tables, so the room gets constantly crowded. Breakfast everyday the same, too boring. The Aircond bit noisy. Basically not much problems. Breakfast is not good enough, they are not serving any cheese that is important for me :). One of the washing machines was out of order. Nothing. There was nothing I did not like. There was a mix up with the booking. The hotel booked us for a month early. If they had not sent a satisfaction survey, we might not have realized the error until we showed up for our reservation. The Great Lakes buttery spread at breakfast. Real butter would be much better. Its far nicer to have a pure product than chemical gloop. The bathtub didn't appear to be clean. We cleaned the bath tub. The bathtub had a bathmat which is unsanitary. The shower didn't have a shower curtain liner. It had a shower curtain. Due to this, water leaked onto the floor into the vanity area and we ended up using all of the towels to dry the floor. I reported this to the front office and they sent someone over to check it out. That the room key lost the programming every couple of days. Each time had to go to the Lobby to get it re-programmed. no negative comments. The room was clean execpt for the floors and carpet. I cleaned the floor myself but, even though the carpet was vacumed it was dirty from prior guests using dirty shoes in the room. Bit chaotic at breakfast as it was very busy and it finished at 9.30am. But we soon worked out it was easier to send one person down to collect the food and then eat it in the room, this worked well as we had a well equipped kitchen and good seating area of our own. Unfortunately there was a heater right in our room that was extremely noisy!!!. Our room smelled? Construction going on right across our room. No noise heard, but smelled like turpentine. Sofa sleeper was horrible!! You could feel the springs!. I like the coffee flavoring in the big bottles that i am able to pump out as much as I like :). the sink is outside the bathroom, so if you want to use it, you have to light up the bedroom... Theres nothing I diisliked aboit my stay. Nothing. Utensils in the kitchen were not clean and very basic. No kettle was available in room. Breakfast is served up to 9.30, what is too early considering that most people sleep late on holidays and although I asked to have it in the room it was not possible. The bathroom air extractor was very loud, it sounded like an airplain was going through our room. Breakfast mediocre, side entry from parking lot required inconvenient key-in (for security) and room windows extremely difficult to open. My room was smelling musty and the towels are small. Air condition design very bad. the only thing i didnt like was the fact that they didnt offer any cookware for the kitchen, so i had to go to walmart and buy my own. dishwasher kept leaning forward when empty- not secured at top. Shortage of cutlery. No safe. Suites and furniture would need a re-fit. Breakfast should go to 10a, this is large hotel and lots of guests with children. They close breakfast promptly at 9:30a.
