Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect. Really can't beat it for the price. the Location was perfect for us My Daughter is a Disney CP, and we were close to everything we did. Staff was nice, and continental breakfast with Mickey waffles A+ we would stay again. I also liked the little gift shop with extra travers needs.
所有评语 » I really loved the location. It was 5-6 mins away from the parks and there was a lot of food options around the area. The staff were really nice and were always there to help. The room was also extremely clean. My Son and I really enjoyed our stay at your hotel the check in was flawless very Polite the room was comfortable and very clean your cleaning ladies where very polite . and your breakfast was wonderful. Very affordable and clean. I accidentally left an expensive item in the room when we left and the staff was quick to check the room and get back with us that it was still there!. The continental breakfast was really nice. The view from our balcony was also amazing as we watched the beautiful sunset each night. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The location to Disney was perfect - the value for the money was great. Enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly staff - clean facility. rooms very good, transportation free to disney park and universal. staff very friendly, micro wave in rooms helps very much. The hotel was relatively near the Disney Park. Very comfortable facilities. Hotel lobby was the best part of this hotel.I Took a chance after reading alot of negative comments. Don't make the same mistake. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was dirty. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed. Breakfast was terrible. And last but not least, shuttle only went to parks and back at 6,8 and 10:30 and leave you at epcot and you have to take 2 monorails to get where you want to go and walk about a mile to get to parks! Garbage trucks came about 7 in the morning, woke us up. Location was good for Downtown Disney. Many restaurant options close by. front desk staff was pleasant/helpful free breakfast cable tv. the room was large and the bed was comfortable. how close it was to Walt Disney world. Waffle maker with free breakfast. location. The hotel could definitely use a makeover. The night we arrived we got in at 11:00 pm hotel was somewhat hard to find because of poor outside lighting, only carport was lit and the Hotel sits sideways from street sign by road could use different lighting also hard to read. The shuttle service is a bit inconvenient due to the time and location restrictions so we had to drive to all parks. The rest was amazing. No night Shuttle I was told prior to checking in online that the shuttle ran several times to and from Walt Disney world but that wasn't the truth We ended up having to call a taxi to get us to the park. The spa was filthy. It needed cleaning really bad. It was not hot, luke warm at best. The jets were not strong at all. Very disappointed!!! The pool was freezing not very inviting. location. there are not many public buses. just one that runs every half hour only. Booking .com did not give us the correct address nor any telephone # When we got to the area I had to make several phone calls to find out where the hotel was. Another hotel gave me the phone # of Bookins.com. the unfortunate problem with the plumbing. A special request for a handicap accessible room was not translated to them. The hotel was under renovation and the handicapped ready rooms were not available the first night. Rushing to check out on a Sunday morning by 11:30AM. Lounge not part of amenities, but it would have been nice for an after evening out. the room was not that great and the food was not good. Bathroom door hinges were loose and had to lift door to close. Turned heater on for the night and it smelled so bad we went with out heat. Dreadful breakfast - nothing remotely healthy. From the outside, hotel is unappealing. Breakfast wasn't so bad but I've seen a lot better. Breakfast is not too good. name sign(holiday express) didn't match hotel name we booked. couldn't find lake buena vista hotel. pool was cold and not cleaned well. Dated interior, some structurally issues like leaks were obvious. the cleaning staff didnt leave toilet paper and coffee in room. As it is Holiday Inn but name wasn't changed yet it took us a good hour to find it. Nobody around could give us direction. Finally , waitress from Dennis called the hotel to find out the actual name is Holiday Inn. Travesseiros horriveis com cheiro de mofo!. The Internet connection. Breakfast. We call to report a problem with broken door and no body come to fix. They over charged my debit card and it still pending. The hotel overall looked like something out of a horror film. It was very dark, the sign outside looks like it was done on a poster board, and it smells musky. The carpets were dirty, our room only had one towel in the bathroom and when we went to call the front desk for more, the phone didn't work. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends or family. The staff, bugs in the room and the shuttle bus. Poor swimming pool. No hot tub. the bathroom blower is not working and we could'nt find the place because there is no name outside the hotel. The hotel is hidden. I had to call the hotel because I couldn't see any thing at the front door saying that was the Lake Buena Vista hotel. breakfast is not variant. I didn't like the cold jaccuzi, and my fridge had a bad smell which I couldn't use. The internet kept cutting off from the rooms. This hotel was much older than I expected and didn't look anything like the pictures I saw online when I booked it. Was not happy with the area at all. Hotel is going through ownership changes. The carpet in our room was so dirty I wouldn't put my bare feet down. Our closet door feel off when we tried to open it. The worst part is no one cared. They said they were waiting for new carpet! Worst hotel I've stayed in. We had 5 rooms, some lost water, none were very nice. room not ready upon arrival room dirty(carpets dirty, hair in bathroom floor/tub) no bedspreads room needed repainting, a lot of paint damage hot tub dirty with a bad odor, housekeeping let themselves in the room a few minutes after our arrival which was quite disconcerting. the bathroom was very small.....the door/toilet/tub had no clearance......hard to turn around in there and we had no hot water the 1st day.......the desk had to call as our bookings (4) were missing......found but took around 25 min. the fact that we didn't have any water from 11:00am till 3:00pm and when we did have water in one of the rooms it wasn't hot. Dirty and elevator broken. staff really unhelpful especially manager.
