When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Soft-Drinks and Treats in the room are all gratis which - The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.
