Location is amazing, near Bryant Park, NY Public Library, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, etc. Also, there're a lot of shopping spots, restaurants and a very convenient Deli next door (too expensive though). Don't be afraid about the location, pictures you see in Google Maps are kinda deceiving, the location is excellent and very secure. We stayed in the Studio Apartment, one flight of stairs, next to a nail salon. Not a big deal for us, the apartment was clean and quiet, pretty. 所有 评语 »
This was a great apartment at an excellent location, only four blocks from Time Square. Nice and quit with a window against the back. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, it was possible to cook all the meals there. It was a nice deli right down on the corner. I will defintly recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will stay here next time I go to NY.
The location is perfect - 6th Avenue, 5 min from Empire State, Macy´s, 5th Avenue, Times Square, everything within a short walking distance. Staff (Gouru) was extremely friendly and helpful, also with luggage on our leave date. Kitchen with all equipment, room was quiet as it was oriented to backyard. Wifi signal very strong.
The location is great, the apartment is clean and quiet. For New York the space is a nice size. The decore is modern and lovely. We loved staying here and will stay again next time we are in NYC.
We enjoyed staying at this apartment very much. It was clean, nicely furnished, very central and affordable. We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff.

The air conditioning machine is old and too noisy, I would recommend to replace the machine.
I loved this place but I'll note a few things that might bother others. 1) There is only one window and there is no real natural light in the space and the view is of a brick wall. This was fine for us as we were only there in the evening. 2) it's on the second floor so you'll have to use stairs to access the apartment.
The place was a bit dark (only one window in the entire apartment).

3flights of stairs, aircon, alarm ran out of batteries at night and kept on beeping all night long.
The stairs and when you have suitcases its not good.

The door from the street was open a good part of the evening so anyone could have walked into the building.
I didn't like any thing bathroom was so dirty. Noisy room. window has no view, my room was beside nail Salon. I was so depress.
