  I stayed on the Pontchartrain during early December 2013. My room was nicer than what I expected. Various internet reviews of the hotel were discouraging; however, I found my room to be (for the $$) large, recently updated, clean, and outfitted with a comfortable bed, sitting room furniture, fridge, mircowave, and a large flat screen tv in the sit... 别人怎么说 » ting area. Should I visit the Garden District of nola again, I will choose this hotel. Btw, the hotel staff are very charming and helpful! - The hotel is located in a nice quiet area and by nice restaurants. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful stuff Hotel itself is very historical and interior will take you at least a century back. I could recommend it for special events as well if you are looking for a charming atmosphere.
