  Loved the restored historical property the wide porch with rocking chairs the spacious room with large bathtub. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We fit right in with the oth - The B&B owner checked us in and was fantastic. He provided us a map of the surrounding areas and gave us a number of recommendations for restaurants. Our room was upgraded for free. In addition to the amazing breakfast, there were always treats on hand and an honor bar with beer on tab and wine available. The building is amazing and our room and bathroom were fantastic. The location is a few lovely blocks from trolley line. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

  Awesome hosts. Beautifully decorated. Warm. Inviting. Fabulous breakfasts. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Pool. Parking available. Kurt and Warren make this my favourite place. They couldn't be better. The bed was so very comfortable it was sinful to get out of it.

Location was great being walking distance to french quarter but still in part of town where one could escape the tourist traps.   The hotel was very convenient for visiting the city. The trolley stop is only a short walk. The hotel is an old New Orleans house and very atmospheric. Much nice than an anonymous chain hotel as long as you don't expect the same facilities. It's a bit like staying in someone's house.
