Everything was great. My boyfriend and I came 5 hours earlier than regular check in and instead of giving us the $85 early fee, they gave us a suite for only $20 more a night. The suite was amazing. Nice beds, TVs, and the hotel was placed not too far away from everything. The pool was nice, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't the type where it tastes like poo. It was really good. This hotel was very nice inside and out! The staff was very friendly and efficient at their job. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were large as well. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommenfd this hotel to anyone and will definietly stay here again.

Mahalo Nui Loa!. It was located within minutes of all the attractions we wanted to see in Nashville. In spite of what I didn't like it was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon The staff were all very courteous. The Shuttle driver who collected us from the airport set the tone for friendly, efficient customer service. We loved everything about the hotel - especially the staff. The staff was very friendly and the pool was very clean and fun for the kids. The hotel was also close to a Walgreen's which was convenient for quick shopping. Outstanding facilities and staff, the best hotel me and my wife have used ever, will be a staple lodging location for years to come, please do NOT change. Everything was great from the check in, the beds and linens - even the water pressure in the shower! Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. The trip was very good the night staff were great and very helpful. I would come back it was nice and clean and everyone was very helpful. The staff was really nice, they always greeted you no matter where you were, the rooms were nice size, very clean. Nice looking place/room was well layed out/gave out bottled vodka, I mean water! No complaints. The room was excellent and very comfortable, wonderful staff, warm and friendly, great Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The sleep number bed was especially comfortable. Outside vegetation, inside pool. Although we had to drive EVERYWHERE, it wasn't that bad. The roads were fun to drive (if you had a rental, which we did) and downtown was only 10 minutes away. The gym was limited, but we still got our workout in. The parking lot definitely needs to be bigger. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, however this is something that they are putting in the next month, so its not a problem. The few things that were bothersome to a small degree was the people vacum the halls need to not talk so loud to each other like they were at a shopping mall and no need to vacum in front of my door for 5 min - wasting time don't know. It was a small thing - just quiet it down a bit. The room/suite was not as big as what I though I was getting. The bathroom was definitely in need of renovation. There was not a vent fan and the dirty and outdated tile needed new grout. The pool should be open later or even 24 hours since it is not located next to any rooms. After a long day enjoying the atmosphere of Nashville it would have been nice to be able to relax with a few laps in the pool. The room was small but fine for us. The cleaning staff might also want to clean under the beds a little better as we found a "personal item" in our room that didnt belong to us. That was a bit unsettling. Also the breakfast buffet was quite delicious however, it is expensive and not too much more is offered from a regular continental breakfast. nothing !. It is a hard location to get to there are no sign on the road so you have to guess where to turn to go back to it. The sleep number beds were not very comfortable, no hot tub to relax in, other than that there wasn't much to complain about!!. No complaiants. The chicken wings in the bar made me sick. Check out took a long time because there was only one person on the desk on a Sunday morning prime checkout time!. Carpets needed cleaned. We would have preferred adjoining rooms instead of across the hall. Fitness center a little small but workable. The fold out bed not comfortable. No refrig or micro. there was no mini frigde or microwave, i would have perfered to have one in my room. Its a bit out of the way but if you need to get to the airport fast your in the right location. No complaints. The fold out couch was just like any other fold out couch. I brought a sleeping bag to add a little cushion and it worked. Confusing and hard to get on and off property. Buffet. Breakfast was terrible. We needed plasticware for some cake we brought in...the waitress shuned my friends after walking the four flights of stairs (the one elevator was out ang the other one took forever). The pool was not heated and the whirlpool was not working. The breakfast was not a good value for the money. With tip it was over $30 for three people. If you booked directly with the hotel breakfast was free. Not a fan of the sleep number bed. Breakfast is bad organized - always long time to wait. Not possible to open the window in the room. No refrigirator in the room. throwup on blanket. The bed and also the decor. Finding hair on my pillow case before laying down in the bed. finding a water bottle from a previous guest. loud doors, no sauna or hot tub. minimal benches to sit, relax.
