I loved how clean the hotel was and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgable about what to see while we were there for the Country Music Festival. The continental breakfast was really good and they had a great variety. The homemade belgian waffles was the best. The desk clerks were very helpful with the computer services, local directions and recommending the (free) pink cadillac limo service to a marvelous rib restaurant! Close proximity to airport was great for an early flight. Security gates were reassuring.
所有评语 » The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My pomeranian was welcomed at this location. The pool area was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet for maximum rest. We enjoyed our stay at this location! :). The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous. Many restaurants and stores are close by making it convenient for the traveler or business person. Overall, our stay was nice and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very polite and helpful. We loved how close it was to the local attractions, shopping, restaurants etc. The room was clean and well kept - nice furnishings! The breakfast was good and appreciated. 1. the room is new and clean; 2. KFC and McDonald is just next to the hotel; 3. the free shuttle service is very convenient for transportation both from and to the airport. The rooms are updated and look great! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Nashville. Just passing through Nashville for the night. Helpful and friendly guy at the front desk. Pet-friendly and lots of restaurants near-by. Appreciated shuttle service from airport and especially the day rate. Interesting history of the motel and enjoyed the gardens. The staff was friendly. No fridge in room. Pool still closed in mid-April. I have no complaints. Parking was limited near the front entrance and the breakfast was truly a continental breakfast. Say all you want about "waffles" being a "hot breakfast" but that is a stretch in advertising. Nothing! We enjoyed everything and will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!. Nothing!!. Being close to the airport it is a busy location so there is quite a bit of road noise all night long. The location is also in the line of air traffic. That also made a quite a bit of noise all night long. Housekeeping service was erratic and seemingly unsupervised. One night I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Another night I had to get sheets & pillow cases, and do my own bed. A third day, there was no service whatsoever. No spa or pool styrofoam plates/cups/bowls in breakfast area re very bad for the environment took a few requests to get some repairs made in the bathroom, ie. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived, was repaired, broke again and then was finally replaced. Needed to ask several times to get the on/off handle in the shower repaired. Then it was replaced and worked propetly. Late at night, the secondary entrance doors need some type of identification so as not to walk into it at night. Some type of sticker (butterflies??) would show where NOT to walk. Bathrooms could use a bit of updating and the location isn't really near much at all, but good for driving into the city. We were happy. No negative comments. Being right next to the hwy..traffic noise terrible. The parking was not very good. Maids moving carts around @ 6:30a.m. Saturday morning. Woke me up!!!!!. The breakfast was poor. I picked this hotel because it had a 4.5 star rating. The breakfast was maybe 2 stars. No dislikes, but would have enjoyed a small refrigerator. Shower handle not functioning properly. Nothing. Mattresses weren't too firm. Might want to check the elevator. It was a little jerky. Elevator out of order. Toilet didn't flush. Below standard of other La Quinta's I have stayed at. Would definitely not say 3 stars. Breakfast choices very limited. Towels thin and had to request full set each day. Fitness room very small. One morning @ 5:30 a.m., lots of noise, vacuum floor above us. The breakfast attendant was not friendly on the morning I stayed. The hotel delivers a product commensurate with what it charges which is only fair. Being on holiday, It would be nice if breakfast could be stretched till 10 am instead of 9. Made the reservation 3 months in advance for a room with two double beds, nothing fancy, not a luxury stay---just something to break up the drive...when arrived at facility, was given a room that had only one bed which was extremely uncomfortable and close to the floor. Was told by staff this was the only room that was available. Incredibly unhappy with our stay here. Check what they charge as I needed a refund because letsbookhotel.com price booke was 20% lower Take breakfast esrly as they start cleanup 30 min before schedule. they had no extra beds. Darkness of the facility. Bathroom was not clean. Hair in the floor and tub. Shower could have been cleaned better. Didnt like lay out of room. Bathroom sink was not in bathroom, but as soon as you walked in the door. Poor location. Not worth $100/ night. Wouldnt stay here again. We had to change rooms because they put us in a dirty room. Breakfasts was ok but very crowded. The water pressure was poor, the water was backed up in the tub when showering, the towel bar fell off when I tried to hang my towel up, and when I tried to ask the night clerk about printing off of a resume he was rude and for some reason thought I meant a resume for your hotel. He then added we are not hiring now. No shuttle as advertise. We booked non smoking rooms, My wife has asthma, we got smoking rooms that really smelled. We were told that they were the only rooms left. the bath tub was dirty, my wife cleaned it before she would take a shower.
