This Rhode Island bed and breakfast is 15 minutes’ walk from the Narragansett Town Beach and serves a 3-course breakfast each morning. The ferry to Block Island is 6 miles away. Guests staying at Sheppard’s Place Bed and Breakfast can enjoy watching cable TV by the fireplace in a common seating area or relaxing on the sun terrace. The property also has a garden and a pond. Each room at Sheppard’s Place is air-conditioned. Free toiletries can also be found in the en suite bathroom. Kayaking on the Narrows with Narrow River Kayaks is 3 miles away. The Judith Point Lighthouse is 13 minutes’ drive from the property.

It was perfect for our family get together. We had a floor for our family to share. 3 rooms with private baths, and a private gathering room with fireplace and couches and table for playing cards. It was perfect. The food was awesome, and presentation was perfect. The gardens were beautiful.
The best breakfast in America!!! Excellent welcome from Marie, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Décor was interesting and welcoming (very- Halloween themed). Close to coast / town beach and good selection of restaurants.

Nice B&B in splendid garden setting. Good king size bed and shower amenities. Extremely friendly staff: Marie made a stunningly full breakfast and did everything possible to make our stay an unforgettable experience.
The garden in the back was lovely; complete with roaming chickens! They use their own home grown eggs for breakfast dishes as well! Only a block from the ocean. Warm and welcoming staff.
Wonderfull staff, Marie cooks the best breakfasts!, cozy room, great clean batgroom, close to the ocean, restaurants, and in a lovely neighborhood.Truely felt like home!.

Smoke detector missing from ceiling in our room. We booked 2 months in advance on letsbookhotel.com and reserved a king room but got a queen room-no king room available.
Nothing, it was superb.
Rooms overcrowded with furniture making it difficult to circulate with luggage and move safely to bathroom at nignt, overdecorated with knick knacks, somewhat in a state of disrepair (frayed and smelly towels,rollerblinds dryed out, mattress soft and springy, garbage under window). Place could be improved +++ with just a little TLC, less furniture, «decorations» and retain its charm and character.
