Attentiveness of staff, comfortableness of bed, room overall. Cleanness , listening ear of Stephany Cooper when it came to some troubling situations that arose in regard to my stay. Enjoyed breakfast Buffett. Staff made you look good. Also Edward on nite staff made you look good he was so accommodating ,patient and also attentive and helpful in regard to our room booking. Please give him a raise. Smile.
所有评语 » It was beautiful. Very comfortable. I booked for a group of friends and was pleasently surprised at how nice it was. We really enjoyed our stay although it was only 1 night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The gentlemen making the omletes on the morning of June 8th did a amazing job and was very interactive with us. Its not often you remember the cook. The grounds are very well kept and quite beautiful. Nice Gazebo area overlooking the golf course. Lots of entertainment for children in the pool area, from shuffle board and ping pong to human size chess. Close to fisherman's wharf, aquarium and Carmel by the Sea. Entire hotel is protected with fire sprinklers and smoke/alarm system. Wish we had a better view. Only stayed there one night and a view of an old building and only a glimpse of the pool. There were four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids. There were only 3 towels. But the room was nice, beds comfy. Overall, the price was very reasonable for staying here. We loved the breakfast buffet overlooking the golf course. staff were friendly, accomodating, very pleasant, and fast service. the room was neat, clean, has a great view of the golf course. parking is fine, we were able to find parking without a problem. the hotel is near the fisherman's wharf, near the park, and close to downtown monterey. the food was great!. The whole experience was first-class,,,the entire resort was geared to the visitors benefit. The spa building was quite unique and large compared to our visit to the Hotel Vitale in San Francisco...we really enjoyed our stay, felt quite welcome. Although this hotel was a bit dated, it's remodel made it very nice. Staff very helpful and facility was quite, clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful but a bit pricey but our stay including other activities was really wonderful. Nice hotel on the outskirts of Monterey, with good health club and very comfortable rooms. Nice live jazz music playing in the lobby bar on Friday evening when I visited. Convenient location for those visiting Pacific Coast Highway. We came for the Monterey Jazz Festival and the Hyatt is THE PLACE TO BE! Walk to the fairgrounds & relax in the lounge after the shows. Loved it! Will never stay anywhere else during the Jazz Festival. Check in was Great. I checked in very early and they were happy to see me! The hot tub and pool were wonderful, my room was Great!! I walked all over Monterey from the Hotel. Great Location!. Multiple food options, fantastic pool for the kids, great location near the Aquarium. I wish I had time to check out the golf course and the tennis courts, but I heard high marks on both. The hotel was situated on the edge of a golf course with excellent facilities for a number of sports. Also perfect location to explore Monterrey & surrounding area including Carmel. I liked the location. Surrounded by trees. Staff was very helpful. It was close to all the tourists attractions yet it felt like it was in the mountains. Very nice environment. Room was great. Dining experience was especially good the first night when they seated us and our friends (6 total) in a private room part of the restaurant. Very nice. The room was very comfortable. I liked the fan in the room. The beds were nice. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and nice. room was spacious and nicely decorated, food was very good, service staff very friendly. golf, tennis, gym, pool, spa, fire pit all great amenities. The staff are excellent. The re-model has put it on our map again. The parking lot was patrolled on a regular basis, which made us feel secure. Traveling with friends and family after my son's wedding in San Francisco. Perfect spot to continue the party before driving down the coast. The bed and the pillow were super nice! I attended the Monterey Jazz Festival and it was a great location -- within walking distance. Freindly, yet professional attitude of employees was evident beyond my expectation. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Work out area was very nice, good equipment. Terrific staff, very professional. It is one of the nicest hotel in Monterey CA. I like the location .and very frindly staff. Wish there was a magnified mirror in bathroom it would of been very helpful for those of us half blind. For being the Hyatt just wish towels were more fluffy and luxuriant feeling. They were little stiff and worn feeling. The only thing that was a little enoying was that the shuttle to the Whorf only ran every 2 hours. It would have been nice to be able to have taken one rather than a cab. We were just going over there for dinner and drinks and missed the shuttle by 10 minutes. Rooms on the Highway 1 side can be noisy if the window is open. For business travelers, not much there. No extra outlets for cell phone, laptop, etc. TV is analog, not HD. Our room view!. it's just a bit pricey. no ice machine in our building. We did go to the breakfast buffet which was overpriced for the quality of food at the hotel although service very good. Just a little too far outside center of Monterey to explore by foot. No adverse comment to make. The furniture on the deck was not very comfortable. We ate a great but expensive dinner in the dining room on the first night and forgot to give our 15% off coupon to the server. Is it possible to get reimbursed if I send the details of our check. Actually 6 of us ate there that night. I am asking for my husband and I. Our total for dinner and wine was $173.58 thanks!. The room had no table in it, just the desk. So if we wanted to eat in the room one person could sit at the desk and one had to sit in a chair with no place to put their food. for a weekend, the hours should be extended (dinning, pool, spa, sauna). The ac unit was a bit loud and it took a while to get used to the noise. Right next to a freeway but that will not change. The price at the end of my stay about $200.00 a night not sure if that is worth it!!!. The bedroom carpet was dirty, the bed uncomfortable. The room soundproofing was very poor - the balcony was unusable!. 1. Beds had rough cloth sheets instead of more comfortable smooth sheets 2. Beds were full rather than queen or king. Our bed made a lot of creaking noises even if we just sat on it. Also, the bathroom had no fan or air freshener, so your significant other can hear and smell the result of that night's king salmon. A little pricy. $209/night for two double beds. Tax was roughly $20 and an average breakfast was $40 for two. Thus, for one night stay for a couple, the cost was about $260. Reason for the door key trouble of room2040 was not seriously explored. We suspected it was the sensor in the lock. Pool was not very big...though it would be alot bigger from what the picture looked like, a little dissapointed. Did not realize there was an extra resort charge of $22 per day for the tennis courts, spa etc. We did not see this on the website. parking was very limited. The power went out in our room and it took a while for the maintenance person to get it turned back on. Also, the room seemed a little small, but it was adequate. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave. It was a pain that I couldn't get to my room in Building 15 - I had to go across 14.... Our room viewed the pool it would have been nice to have a better view. minor......signage a bit weak. the food at the hotel restaurants. Nothing everything is fine. Pool temperature could have been warmer. More storage for our family of 4 would have been useful. I liked it all. The cost of what was stated when I booked the room and the actual cost when I checked out. It was $120 dollars extra. Outside of building looks dated. cleanliness, there were hairs in the bathroom that weren't cleaned before we came in, no complimentary water, room furniture was a little dated. We had a small breakfast 2 English muffins and 2 coffee'S. The price $20.00 + tip. Do not eat at the restaurant very costly. Parking was really bad, we went out to dinner and returned to no parking spots, there was a very nice young man/valet who let me park in a garage area and put cones behind car. hotel was "tired" but bed was excellent access to elevators was in a separate building (lengthy walk). The furniture is outdated a little .
