Such a good deal ! We got a room for the price of a breakfast ! Clean large comfortable 4 stars with great view. The hotel was quite empty. Do not ask how they cover their costs ; the employees do not know... Nice to stop anyway for the night if you drive the road 66. The Edgewater Hotel and Casino is by far my favorite place to stay for visits to Laughlin, even more so now that they've remodeled the rooms. Things seem a bit more upscale than they have in years past, and the river view rooms are always fantastic.
所有评语 » The buffet was also great for the price. And the bed's are like a cloud, the view was great, the price was the best. Great location right in the middle of the river walk. All and all there was no complaints. We will do it again and soon. I liked the room & new tv's. The restaurents were of good variety.I liked the easy accees to colorado bell hotel where i played keno.The valet parking attendants were very frendlly and efficent. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were heaven, I love they gave you 4 pillows per bed! Endless hot water. Towel requests were fast. Housekeeping staff was great! Love those ladies!. They treat you well when a problem arose by taking care of it and moved us to a better room. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The casino isn't as smokey as most. The room was very clean and spacious. Check in was easy and did not have to wait long eventhough there was a line. Staff at desk was friendly. the low price for a room at a great hotel! very comfortable beds and clean! casino and restaurants right with the hotel - very convenient. Convenient location to drive to Arizona and enjoy other small towns near to Nevada. Great view of Colorado River. Great price value. The room was very nice on the 23rd floor. The casino was fun. The steakhouse was great, and the breakfast buffet was PERFECT :). Comfortable mattress/pillows made a wonderful place to sleep away from home. New room color scheme. Felt updated. The rooms were rather new, clean and bathroom for handicapped met our needs. Emplyees helpful and friendly. The location and the river-walk the variety of slots. Coffee Shop lady Beverly I believe was very pleasant. We were very impressed with every staff member we dealt with. They were friendly, courteous abd competent. Check in and out was quick and very friendly, room and property in general was clean and well maintained. I was really happy with everything. The staff was helpful and happy. That's always nice to see. The staff were very friendly and the view of the river and mountains was just beautiful. went to a concert---event was good for the price--stayed over-night---room was decent. every thing was great and I had A ball just relaxating and having fun in the sun... Nice facilities, great stay since the concert we were attending was in the hotel. The view of the river. The staff were friendly..Loved the place.We will be back. Easy check in. Nothing to do around if do not plan to feed the casinos machine with the money you saved from your booking... A visit to the hotel's buffet leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the food was cold and hard or soggy and tasteless. The all-you-can-eat crab legs on Saturday night were OK, but for the price, one could go to the Aquarius' buffet just a short walk away and get a larger, tastier selection of food, desserts and even complimentary beer and wine. It's all good!. The room should have been vacuumed better, the bathroom had a few hairs on floor. It would have been nice to have water bottles waiting in room when we arrived. Hallway noise was easily heard. Reception on TV was not great!. Ice machine drain plugged up and flooded our room. I did not find booklets of surrounding area for food, shopping, or entertainment. the shower stall could be cleaner. it was definitely old and the track the doors slid in was filthyl. The ice machine on the 23rd floor didn't work...got some on the next floor up...easily overcome. :). The online booking differed from the check in info. Charges not explained clearly on checkout. We did not encounter any problema at all. Air conditioning compressor was somewhat noisy when it kicked on. I don't like smoke. That I was only able to spend one night there. wait times at every dining spot was ridiculous---too much valet parking and not enough self parking---. little bugs by the spa, flying around the towel bend.. I booked two rooms and they were on separate floors. The indicated because I requested king beds they could not accommodate this request of being on the same floor since they only had 11 rooms left. I was not told this when booking. I would have thru you. I didn't win a lot of $$$$.LoL! ..next time. nothing. Crowded Elevators. No complaints. Only fox news on the tv could have more of a real choice!. Food was a little pricy and could have had more comfortable seating in rooms. My friends had a card they used to accumulate points at restaurants. We didn't get one We don't gamble but came to spend time with friends. I would have like to have had points added for my stay and restaurant spending. The lounge chairs are plastic and became very hot. They need to change them out ti a fabric or another material that isn't so hot. On the casino floor a few more cocktail waitresses would be nice. Pathways to indicate where the children should be so that your not constantly being told that your child can not be on the casino floor. that there were no coffee pot in room. beds to soft. Absence of any guide in the room providing information on and location of restaurants, pool, etc. Would prefer that non-smoking room would have smelled like a non-smoking room. Comp $5 with sign up didn't happen with us misleading Coco sign for $5.99 breakfast, assumed it included coffee it didn't cost over $4.50 each. Room was not as clean as I thought..there was sticky smudges on the dresser at check in...and the toilet ran the entire time. pillows bed service no hospital corners. Nothing I didn't like. Hard to find food choices during early week. Pool needed rules to be enforced. Online resevation needs room map for consumers choice, similar to cruise ships. Inferno room could be set up more comfortable & more table service. Grand buffet food tasteless. The buffey dinner was just ok not good selection of food to much wierd. I have No complaints. Very satisfied customer. A/C was very loud. The matress was not comfortable. Room a little dark with colors! no tub!. no coffee in the room. Food was poor. All you can - all the food tasted the same and most of it was cold.
