Excellent facility. Rooms well appointed, very clean and great mattress. Dining choices were very good with attractive pricing and quality ingredients. Casino large but not huge and ventilation kept tobacco smoke to a minimum. Staff courteous and helpful. Free self-parking garage available and attached to casino. The bed and the pillows were SO comfortable and I got a great night's sleep! Liked the price, Room temperature good. Liked that even though it was a casino it was quiet in the rooms!.
所有评语 » Everything about our stay was amazing from the food to our pillows. ..casino was a blast ..veiws of colorado river at Bubba Gumps was very cool...I do belive we will be back.. On our way to Arizona, Laughlin was a convenient stop. Flashy place like a mini Vegas, with nice restaurants, room was clean and quiet. Price was really worth it!. I've stayed at all the laughlin casino hotels and they are all about the same in general. The casino and rooms are fine as is the choice of restaurants. You just feel welcome and comfortable from the very start. Room was awesome and comfy. I liked that my window had a screen and I could let in fresh air. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the restaurants and cleanliness. We will definately come back. Very satisfied. Rooms were clean and well taken care of, staff was friendly. the service at the restaurant was good as was the food. I've stayed at this hotel before and had a beautiful room. The location, the lobby, the staff was all great. everything else was fine. I especially liked the free blackjack table. I lost, but it was still fun. The price of the room (special deal in my case). The direct access to Colorado river bank. The bartenders and cocktail waitresses were very attentive and the beds were comfortable. The location in on the Colorado River and along Casino row....it is great!!!!. cleaness, restaurants including waiters and waitress was excellent!. Beds were really comfortable. We love the casino at the Nugget. Restaurants, great river views, nice clean rooms, good gambling. all the staff were very friendly and helpful, will be back. The rooms were mice and the pool. Staff were friendly. I did like the room and casino. Also the restaurants. The room was very nice. the bed was very comfortable. Loved the room, restaurants, Starbucks & deli. room is cleaner,bigger and reasonable price. Everyone was very nice. Love the gift shop. It was very nice place. I would go back . I liked the fact that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. The pool area overlooking the Colorado River was enjoyable. The hot tub was comfortable. For Laughlin, I liked the entrance of the Golden Nugget Hotel. It reminds me of the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. Close to all the other casinos in Laughlin. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Beds very nice. slept well. Bartenders nice.S. The staff was friendly but they don't have much to work with. The on site Salt Grass steakhouse was excellent.. The restaurants are excellent. Bubba Gumps and SaltGrass are my favorites!. Good valet service. Good breakfast and service. The choice of restaurants was outstanding. They had a Starbucks inside. Casino, club , food, river. Nothing. That there was no complementary coffee in the room to drink while getting ready in the morning. The room's A/C wasn't quite up to the task during the 110+ degree weather. It was a little noisy from the path below our room. A higher floor would be perfect. The casino was dated, and could use a overhaul, need to add craps mechine. I was given a smoking room though I asked for non smoking. It smelled so bad, I had to keep leaving the room. They had no more non smoking rooms. I will stay there again but not if I'm given a smoking room. both the sink and the shower were very slow to drain. the sink gurgled after emptying. The fact that it is in a Casino. Our room was very smoky which was not fun to come home to every night. Pay attention when you make your reservation, as mine did not say smoking or non-smoking which was deceiving. staff at the casino very very rude there for I will not ever return there again. Our room was at the end of a long long hall. None. nothing. I was very annoyed when we checked in and they tried to give us a smoking room, whitch was also a handicap room. We would not accept it. So they gave us a non smoking, regular room. I didn't like having to pay for my morning cup of coffee. The staff at registration and check out could have been more friendly too. We did struggle with our room key and we did not put it near a magnet. Both of our keys made us try numerous times to get in to our room. Front desk had too many novices working both days we were guests there. On two occasions, we had to wait to speak to the veteran employees to have our questions answered. This wasn't much of a problem, however, because we never had to wait long. none. Liked everything. What I hated ! The cigarette smoke. Long drive to get there. Nice if they had a trolley between casinos. Smokers spoil everything with there stinking habit, First room smelled of the filthy habit they leave behind put in another room where these inconsiderate people not admitted. more restaurant/nightclub/dancing choices. We had no hot water when we checked in; they did not tell us it was out. When we asked they said maybe one hour, but weren't sure and didn't seem to care because they could do no maore than wait for repair. It would have been more professional to tell us at check in than to go back to the desk to be told. The water pressure on the shower head in the shower/bath was terrible. The bath drain did not drain well and I was standing in over ankle-deep water while showering. We were offered a coffee pot to have coffee, but had to pay for the coffee. Our view out of our window overlooked the parking garage. The pool was full of insects and did not look like it was well maintained. The restrooms are only on one side of the hotel. I was mostly in the sports book area for the weekend. By Sunday, I was annoyed that I had to go all the way to the otherside of the hotel just to relieve myself. I have used your service a couple of times and each time when I arrive at the destination they put me in a room far removed from the main events. Tried to give us a room with two Queen beds when we booked and paid for a superior king. Said it was bookings.coms fault! Did get the right room after insisting. Do not like having to pay for Internet. Travel a lot and it is the first hotel in a long time to charge for that service. Bathroom dirty on arrival, hair in tub and toilet. trash in basket. After third call and cleaning bathroom was acceptable. second day of stay. Rooms need major makeover!!. The room w464 all night was very hot the ac dos'nt work All night it was at 80 degrees f. When we arrived at 4PM all the non-smoking rooms had already been assigned. The smell was overwhelming to the point that even our luggage smelled when we got home - after just two nights stay. The casino dealers were friendly but very slow and they have no let-it-ride table. Overall it just seems to be a tired facility in much need of a face lift. The carpet in room was dirty. They offered one small bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No free coffee. No in room safe. The pillows were very lumpy. We just felt like we were at a very low budget motel. We have stayed at many motel 6 rooms that were much cleaner and comfortable. We love Laughlin. We usually stay at Avi, Riverside or Tropicana but decided to try a new place. We were very disappointed in the Golden Nugget and will never stay there again. Run down condition of facilities. Backed up shower/tub drain. Smell of smoke everywhere. numerous mechanical problems with the facility. The beds are hard as rocks. I reserved a king bed and was given 2 queens and they wouldn't switch me and said it was letsbookhotel.com's fault because beds are requests not garranties. not able to take shower,broken handle and clogged tub. total was different from your confirmation to $100.79 a night per room. Front desk staff.
