The room was a good size for NYC. Hotel was a block from Grand Central Terminal, super for subway and subway shuttle to Times Square! The restautant on site was nice, good food, out door seating. I liked the fact that the room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. For New York City the size and price of the hotel room were also exceptional, especially when looking at some of the other hotels in the area. All of the staff, including the restaurant, were helpful and friendly and eager to serve. Everything is in walking distance.

The staff, contrary to some of the reviews, were extremely pleasant and helpful and the quality of the finishings of the hotel very pleasing. I had requested a small single room but was given a standard room on the 19th floor which very tastefully furnished.
