The personnel was extremely kind and helpful and their attitude was extremely good. The room at the 37th floor with panorama view over downdovn New York was amazing. The indoor swimming pool is such a wonderful touch for a hotel in the city. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are so comfortable! We will be booking our NYC stays at this hotel from now on!!

  Excellent location for anyone who has business at the United Nations or around mid-town. The hotel's historic atmosphere is very appealling. - I liked it all! It was really great. The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is really polite. The rooms look amazing.

  The room was a good size for NYC. Hotel was a block from Grand Central Terminal, super for subway and subway shuttle to Times Square! The restautant on site was nice, good food, out door seating. Because it was on 44th, and blocked by the terminal, the street was REALLY quiet. For New York City the size and price of the hotel room were also exceptional, especially when looking at some of the other hotels in the area.
