  The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

  Nice clean hotel within walking distance to convention center, wwii Museum, buses, streetcar stations. We walked to French Quarter and it was a nice 10 ~ 15 min walk.   the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals.   I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
