  The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive.   Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with many food options from which to choose.   I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:.   This hotel provided exactly what we needed.They had breakfast in the mornings , a friendly staff ,located right outside of the french quarter (and I mean like on the other side of the street)great pet friendly hotel .There is a park that you can bring dogs to a block away and the hotel does not smell bad because of them allowing pets. I didnt get the name of the gentleman who helped us with our bags, but he was so helpful and friendly. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay very enjoyable. I would especally like to say thankyou to Betty Evans for being so friendly and answering my many questions and helping find some of the places we wanted to see. I would definetly go back to stay
