  Everything. Catherine at reception was wonderful and her staff very supportive and friendly.   First of all, the location is perfect! We were able to park at the French Market a block away for $20/day. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and you could really tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will definitely try to stay here when we return! - The property is an eclectic mix of old and new but with modern kitchens & comfortable furnishings. The staff were wonderful & gave great suggestions for dinner. The location is fantastic (in the "no bus zone" of the Quarter, so it's much less noisy than the other end). Also just steps from all types of shopping and dining. I will definitely stay here again!

  hi all my partiner and i stayed there for 2 nights last week carol greeted us with the biggest southern smile around she and the rest of the staff were most helpful getting us settled in after a 16 day trans alantic cruise we had 2 friends traveling with us they had a mixup with there booking dates BUT carol sorted it out and found the acco... 别人怎么说 » m at one of there other accom hotel no trouble at all we loved the area sooo close to everything and would stay again and reconmend to anybody to sta - A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two blocks from Bourbon Street. - Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller. I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money.

It is near the park and walking distance of Bourbon St. I like that the room had the old French style, although that's not for everybody. - Great traditional slice of the French Quarter but with all the modern hype and amenities nearby.   I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. Everyone maintained a smile and obviously was doing their job the best they could and kept high customer satisfaction in a confusing situation. Th - Staff was excellent and the hotel was in the perfect location in a quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. We were very pleased with our whole experience.
