  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful.   I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:.   Location was great near the French Market and Royal Street, very easy to get around and just far enough from Bourbon St to avoide the late night/early morning party animals, and there are a lot! Our room was fabulous but over the road from our friends whose room was much smaller with no windows. Place has great character. Raney on Fr - When I first arrived I was disappointed to find out I would be staying in the guest house across the street. My disappointment evaporated when I entered my room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.
