  It was centrally located and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Traveled w/ friends who check-in the day before and the hotel was able to get us rooms next to each other. The room was very confortable and clean, the staff were helpful and polite. It is in a great location too, slightly away from the crazy tourist part of the city, but you could still walk to these if you wished - but within easy reach of some great bars and restaurants on Lexington and 3rd Ave etc.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility.   We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). Hence, there is no front desk as s - The location is very good the metro is couple of blocks. Nice roof with viewpoint of New York.   Beautiful boutique hotel center of midtown close to all attractions. Well priced. Well maintained building. Rooms very clean and night time turn down was exceptional...my little daughter loved the chocolates on her pillow. Concierge provided great restaurant recommendations.
