  It was centrally located and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Traveled w/ friends who check-in the day before and the hotel was able to get us rooms next to each other. We had double bed rooms and being a NYC hotel, the space was more than I expected, however, closet space was almost non-existent.... 别人怎么说 » I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. - We really enjoyed staying at South Park Hotel, and would stay there again without hesitation. The room was very confortable and clean, the staff were helpful and polite. It is in a great location too, slightly away from the crazy tourist part of the city, but you could still walk to these if you wished - but within easy reach of some great bars and restaurants on Lexington and 3rd Ave etc.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was.   We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). You indeed cannot control the heating in the room... 别人怎么说 » but it looked like the heating was closed on March the 31st. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment building. Hence, there is no front desk as s - The location is very good the metro is couple of blocks. Nice roof with viewpoint of New York. The owner was very helpfull and also the woman that in charge of cleaning the house. You have all the facilities needed for family with good equiped kitchen. There is fintness center and play room.

The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).
