  It was realy nice to stay in Sweet Olive during our vacation. We (me and my girlfriend) were there for a weekend and we both enjoyed the stay. This place is in great location near to main atraction in New Orleans and it has incredible magical atmosphere. Our room was perfect clean and well kept. Nancy is a charming hostess and a great cook (her orange/cranberry bread is to die for). The breakfast is healthy and delicious, and there's plenty of time to enjoy it in this charming house. Lots of thoughtful little extras like the library, and beer/wine/soft drinks in the fridge. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Auld Sweet Olive.

  Loved it, gave us a great experience of New Orleans. Staff was helpful in helping us plan trips around city. Building was cute gave us an old new orleans feel. Location was great being walking distance to french quarter but still in part of town where one could escape the tourist traps.   Location was great near the French Market and Royal Street, very easy to get around and just far enough from Bourbon St to avoide the late night/early morning party animals, and there are a lot! Our room was fabulous but over the road from our friends whose room was much smaller with no windows. Place has great character. Raney on Fr - When I first arrived I was disappointed to find out I would be staying in the guest house across the street. My disappointment evaporated when I entered my room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.

  Nearly everything!! Superb location which leaves some space between the hotel and the most attraction/most crowded tourist area. Ambience is outstanding. Last but not least, the staff are all great. - The Soniat House was exactly what I was looking for. It was a wonderful experience and would stay there again. Plus the hot biscuits and jam were amazing.
