  Close to everything! We paid for a one Bedroom but were surprised and given a two bedroom for the same price! Staff was very friendly and called To see if we would like our room cleaned. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing very clean and a beautiful courtyard! You can hear the Music playing from your room which we thought was wonderful since we are music lover - The room was up-to-date; had a full supplied kitchen and full refrigerator.   Location was great near the French Market and Royal Street, very easy to get around and just far enough from Bourbon St to avoide the late night/early morning party animals, and there are a lot! Our room was fabulous but over the road from our friends whose room was much smaller with no windows. Place has great character. Raney on Fr - When I first arrived I was disappointed to find out I would be staying in the guest house across the street. My disappointment evaporated when I entered my room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.

This is a perfect spot for easy access into the French Quarter and Frenchman street, but far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet and this beautiful old building.   First of all, the location is perfect! We were able to park at the French Market a block away for $20/day. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and you could really tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will definitely try to stay here when we return! - The property is an eclectic mix of old and new but with modern kitchens & comfortable furnishings. The staff were wonderful & gave great suggestions for dinner. The location is fantastic (in the "no bus zone" of the Quarter, so it's much less noisy than the other end). Also just steps from all types of shopping and dining. I will definitely stay here again!
