Location was convenient to Northway. Near excellent restaurant Bistro le Roux. Plenty of hot water, ice machine, parking near room, heat and a/c worked well, comfortable bed. Staff welcoming and friendly. Jodie was so friendly and we felt so welcomed! The location was great! We loved the value booking last minute. If we return to Lake George we will for sure stay at America's Best!.
所有评语 » Staff was friendly. Rooms had conveniences. Nothing special, but good value for the money. Was much less than other options. Cleanliness mostly. Location was also nice as there were plenty of shops etc. right on the other side of the road. convenient location. friendly staff. low priced. across from outlet mall. close to attractions. Right on rte 9 in the middle of all the outlets, Front desk staff was very friendly. Guy at desk was very helpful as far as directing us to eating places, etc. The person behind the desk was super helpful and friendly. The guy at front desk was very nice and helpfull. Budget friendly with a great location!. Swimmingpool. Our room was clean (unlike some of the other guests' experiences). The location was nice as was the accomadations. Comfortable. Clean. I thought the price was fair until I arrived and smelled the room. The outside looked nice. The person at the counter on June 27th 2013. He was helpful and friendly. Clean We went for the annual car show. Convenience to all attractions. convenient location. Not much. Carpet not clean. Hard to find arriving after midnight. Signs confusing. one room smelled. one bed was uncomfortable. It's on a loud street, there was a bar of soap left in the shower from the last folks up on the shower wall, there was a water stain on the ceiling. Couldn't get cheaper rate offered in coupon book from the ny Thruway only ($49/night) instead of $65. Also, no hair dryer. Lite by bed flashed during the night (4 A.M.). It was misleading it wasn't really in lake George. No elevator. We were on the first floor and we can hear every step the people who were on the 2nd floor were making. Room not specify to the booking online. This hotel in not in Lake George; it is in Queensbury amid the outlets. When questioned, they said that the mailing address is Lake George. So they are being deliberately misleading. You pass the sign "Welcome to Queensbury" well before the hotel. You need to fix your listing. We were unable to reach someone at about 9pm at the front desk. Also there was food left inside of the television cabinet. The room had a syrup smell to it, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very run down. There were bugs as in spiders on the bed pillows, and the mirror in the bath. There was a clogged bath tub, which took plungers to rid off. Moths flying in the room, apart from flies and mosquito's! No access to the internet in our room!. No hairdryer Old redone No coffee in room No clock. The room wasn't what I expected. The staff was not engaging and not overly friendly. the room appeared to be clean untill we woke up the next morning to find ants everywhere. I told the clerk and was not even offered a little discount. probably wont stay there again,my wife and I have stayed there several times. usually twice a year. Room smelled like an ash tray. Bad/intense smoke smell. I want to the loby and told them it had a wicked smoke smell and asked fro another room and was told there wasn't any more snd instead gave me a bottle of air freshener which did nothing. I person at the desk told me that the maid didn't mention any smell. I was also told I would not be charged the $150.00 dollor smoking fine. too much expensive. old place not renovated old ruggs room was lately ready by 45 minutes after 3. Sink, bathtub didn't work. Horrible experience.
