my name is christine i came from montreal to lake georges i saw roadway inn in the internet ..we went and we stayed one day in a few words i liked it vey much and the woman there wae so lovely ...i told 10 families about you and they will reserve with u ..thnx. I was very surprised by this motel. Clean, well maintained, and had an up to date air conditioner. If I were to travel to the area again I wouldn't even look for a different motel. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for memorial weekend. the room was great and clean. great breakfast and very nice and clean pool. i really enjoyed my stay and i will deff stay again. Hotel was just a short walk away from Lake George village, staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean. We loved it and will definitely stay here again. we liked the lady who worked behind the desk she was very friendly...the pool was clean and the rooms were very clean. Great location, close to highway and to nearby attractions. Room was clean and comfortable - shower was awesome. Price was terrific. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient to the highway and to town. the receptionist was very friendly and was always concerned about our comfort. The woman behind the desk was pleasant, talkative and interesting. Nice place to stay, the room is very tidy and the hotel is very beautiful and kept clean. I would love to go again . It was nice for what it was. Close enough to the village. We had our privacy and the staff was very nice and friendly. The price, the pool, it was close to the center of everything, it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and our room was very handy to the entrance. quiet place although it is at the end of the season for the area. it was a mile and a half from the lake george village. Upstairs hallway was VERY warm; a little air conditioning was in order. Things looked somehwat worn - carpeting, bedspreads, etc. No coffee machines in the rooms. Not teabags available for those of us who are teadrinkers. There were no tissues in the room. Not within walking distance from major attractions. Too noisy(no soundproof). My room smelled and after explaining to the desk person, no effort ess made to change us. Having the spa tub open in the room was a bit strange, a separate spa room would have been nice. The hallways had dirty carpet and smelled bad.? The room was clean enough but for the money we would have appreciated something more then the routine hotel room. This is one of the only hotels in the area that does not offer breakfast. There is no comfortable sitting area near the lobby. The whole place was a little run down and on the dirty side. It could definitely use a make over. The bed was hard as a rock, no complimentary breakfast like all other motels, very few vending machines. When we booked our room it said it included breakfast, but it didn't when we got there...And we were not reimbursed a sum to cover breakfast elsewhere!!! Had we known, we would have booked another hotel that did include breakfast at the same price. As far as we're concerned we were lied to. Also, although the bathroom was very clean, the floors hadn't been vacuumed for some time; there were jellybeans around our bed base. There was also a dirty pair of sox in the drawer. No coffee available in the room. The coffee that was in the lobby was warm at best with no milk or 1/2 & 1/2, no decaf and only powdered dairy mix. No coffee maker in room Rooms need to be updated. toilet did not work. rooms were not very clean. there was hair on and in the tub and bathroom floor. lobby and rooms smelled like a nursing home. The place was very dirty. The staff were very rood.
