  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes.   Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub!   This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day.   I absolutely loved everything about this place by far the best motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous with a nice deck that had an ocean view, a romantic little fireplace and a nice flat screen T.v mounted to the wall. I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again.

  I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach.   I thought the owners (husband & wife) were very friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. - The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).
