Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance. I went to dinner and when i came back I had a new air conditioner. -

This was a spur of the moment one night get away for my husband and I. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.

Everything was very nice. It is a very charming hotel. Unfortunately, our room appeared to be facing a wall of some type (frosted-type windows prevented us from actually seeing the potential eyesore and added to the charm of the room) but I booked very soon to the date of our trip and was extremely happy with the room. -

This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The view from our balcony. The prompt service we got when our TV wouldn't work. The beach was a short walk away. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

It was very reasonably priced for the location just a block from the beach and entertainment. It was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, your typical older functional motel room but it served the purpose well for the money and location. I know, I have stayed at Hampton Beaxh many times,. -

I absolutely loved everything about this place by far the best
motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous with a
nice deck that had an ocean view, a romantic little fireplace and a nice
flat screen T.v mounted to the wall. The bed was large and comfortable

Fresh, new, modern decor. The room looked way better than the photos shown on line. I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again.

I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time. accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked
well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. -
The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).
