The staff were absolutely great, though evening desk clerk had to handle phone calls plus checking in. He was so polite and kind and helpful though. Rooms were great. Spacious comfortable and clean. Great friendly service, relaxing clean hotel. The sofa bed was not level, extremely uncomfortable, and frankly, cheaply put together. It required 2 thick comforters placed under the sheet to create any degree of comfort. A tired child was able to fall asleep after all the time it took to fix it up.
