  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available. Haunted house and cast were very good. ... 别人怎么说 » Food and the food service team were very good. Dinner did take a little long to be served though. - wonderful food and service. Staff was very friendly and polite. went their on our honeymoon in 2013 and we both loved it and plan to return.
