  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it.   Was traveling through to Upstate ny and stopped at Pocono Inn. At first I was concerned that if I arrived very late (11:30 pm) that I would lose my room. Didn't happen. Also, I left the hotel before 7am and there was no one at the front desk to check out.   Atmosphere, staff, proximity to BushKill Falls, Tammany Mountain, etc. Misc short ( 4 hour guided outings like fishing, hiking etc. Food on veranda was nice also. SPA. - Our room was very comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will return. Oh we recommend the trolley tour run from the water gap.
