  The owners and staff of the Castle Marne are very calm, friendly and helpful. My luggage missed the transfer at London Heathrow airport and was delivered later at the hotel. I felt treated like royalty the whole time. Being upgraded to a room with jacuzzi didn't hurt either. Overall a very pleasant experience that - The house was comfortable and offered a sitting area indoors and a lovely patio outside which we could enjoy so we weren't limited to just the bedroom, which is important to me. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing.

  Fantastic place, Big rooms, Nice décor, Nice touch with the Open free food and drink reception for a couple of hours and nice easy location close to where you need to be down town - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.   We loved the lounge bar with such an incredible view, we had a really good time staying at the Hyatt regency and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed only one night but we would come back, for sure. - We liked the convenience to downtown area.
