Excellent staff very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast nice place to stay relax and get to see Denver. Close enough to everything.

The breakfast buffet was good, a lot to choose, tea is provided 24/7 in the lobby. Great location: despite the proximity of the city centre it was quiet enough to sleep well.
I guess the walls are not very thick since I heard everything that was going on in the next room and on the hallway.

Fairly close to downtown(technically in uptown by 2 blocks). Easy access to zoo dmns.
Parking. There is no parking other than about 10 valet spots which run $20 a night. They do not have a dedicated valet driver so we had to take our luck as to whether the desk clerk could drive a stick(roughly 50/50). If the valet is full you will need to find street parking or pay 2x a day(no 24 hr rates) at the nearby lots $12-$14/day.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. You are in walking distance of great eats and fun atmosphere!
Parking is an experience that is both expensive and inconvenient, but that is just downtown Denver and not in my view reflective of Hampton Inn.
Very clean, nice rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Fast wifi. It was just 2 blocks to the 16th street mall area for nightlife.

The staff was extremely accommodating with checking in early and the valet service was very convenient since we had to retrieve our car often for our travels.
Our accomodations were wonderful. Our King Suite was very spacious and well layed out. Lots of room and comfortable! Parking in front of the hotel allowed us to bypass valet one night otherwise the valet fee is $20. Breakfast was very nice too and they provided a lot of variety.
The elevator was too slow! A ridiculous amonut of time to wait for the one working elevator. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time! Also, we smelled smoke in our room when it was supposed to be non- smoking. It could have come through the vents but it was very strong.
It was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was quiet and you can rest in the hotel comfortably.
I found the fees a bit expensive

Everything was actually perfect!
Location to 16th Street Mall. We were lucky to get a park on the street on the weekend so we didn't have to pay for the car. Comfortable beds. Large room. Breakfast had a good range. Close to music venues.

I like that the room is so comfortable and clean. That there is a breakfast and internet included.
The fitness room is very small and it is difficult to get the bicycle during peak times because there is only one. I don't find that the front desk staff is very friendly but they are very business-like.

There were so many homeless people made you feel bad to have someplace to stay and they had nowhere

Our room was very comfortable and pleasant..
1.It would be good to have to bedside lights that focus,so one person can read without the light ddisturbing the other. 2. It would be good to have 2 easy chairs, so both occupants can sit comfortably to read / watch tv. 3. It would be good to have access to china plates to warm things up or cook in the microwave - I am not happy to put polystyrene (as in the plates from the breakfast room) in the microwave. Also access to knives & forks & other basic equipment...

The pool and fitness area was great, and the breakfast was wonderful!
The staff was extremely rude. My husband had his wallet stolen and our entire banking system was frozen, so I brought cash with me... They were extremely rude and uncaring. They finally made it work after some coersion from my husband, but were not afraid of humiliating us in front of our friends and other people we did not know. Also had to wait for 2 hours so they could clean our room.
