Michael, the bartender, was not only great at his craft but made a point of asking your name...and remembering it. It was very close the many attractions including 16th Street Mall and the Convention Center. We enjoyed the undercover parking garage system, being able to access your room from the garage via elevators. The Bussiness centre is good, and the conscience is also efficient and friendly.

I'm sure that they could make enough off of the people that park in the structure without staying in the hotel. Need sleeves and lids for the hot cocoa in the lobby!. It was very difficult to find parking in the garage at times. $25 dollar per day parking detracts from value. No dislikes. Parking is paid. Parking for vehicles that were taller than 6.5" Not much help or advise for tee arrive parki g from front desk or concierge. Guest room accommodations were adequate. Nothing. Nothing,it was a very good experiance. The hotel is a little dated and needs some refurbishing. We had to pay for parking, $25, for both our cars after we were told at check in that we only had to pay for one. Room card didn't always work in elevator. Price was in the high side wifi is cutting off. Incredibly slow elevators. It often took minutes until one arrived. Sometimes you can hear your neighbours. Nothing!. Hot water was limited and outregeous hotel parking fees. Daily parking charge. Paying for parking. Am I not a guest?. The breakfast. Small room. Till now, about a month, I don't reseive a deporsit, 100$, the difference between check-out receipt and write off my credit card. There should have been a wider selection of television channels to choose from. Ordinary hotel with the price level of more expensive competitors. modest breakfast. uncomfortable bathrooms. The room was very small for the price, with an unpleasany view of a parking facility. The bathtub had no anti-slippage element, it was slippery and dangerous. The fact that I booked a room through letsbookhotel.com for four people and when we showed up it was a single bed room and it cost a whole lot more to get a room that would accommodate all of this. small rooms.
