Our stay was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were always offered help with directions and carrying luggage to help free us up to heard the kids. Everything was wonderful and there are no words to describe the made to order breakfast! We could have spent our entire trip exploring the hotel and relaxing in all the splendor!. The design of the hotel is elegant and interesting. The rooms are well appointed---three sinks! and very comfortable. Great for entertaining. I loved being able to use the living room area and relax. Classy decor and nice amenities. Breakfast was crowded by great quality. I think they handled the lines of people as well as could be expected.
所有评语 » Breakfast buffet was generous for being a freebie. Complimentary drinks also a treat. The people are extremely nice and I felt very welcome in an authentic way. Also loved that building is LEED silver. The rooms are very generously proportioned and quiet. Liked very much that they could be opened (see drafty door remark, haha). The whole ambience was calming when you first came into the hotel. The furnishings were very neutral but well done. The staff were all excellant in their attitude and appearance too. It is a big hotel with a lot of people but you never felt crowded. The evening complimentary drinks and the buffet breakfast were good!. I liked everything in the hotel. The suite is like an appartment inside hotel, very convinient when you need some privacy, which was the case. I could not find anything better. Also the location was fantastic, just in front of the convention center. Excellent!. Very spacious rooms, good breakfast with many choices, happy hour, the people from the reception were very kind and helpful, the hotel is located in the heart of Denver downtown, and in front of the Convention Center. The free breakfast and happy hour are great! They offer a ton of options for breakfast too. The hotel was very clean and new seeming. Very family friendly, the crib was set up by the time we checked into our room. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The complementary breakfast was also great. Having the restaurants so close was also a very big plus. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again. Room décor is very nice. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Best breakfast buffet available anywhere, including made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits, pastries, etc. Watching the snowfall while having a drink in the bar.The chef at the made to order station at breakfast was not only a great cook but a great ambassador for your property!. Every staff person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and thanked us for our business. What a refreshing change from other hotel franchises we've stayed with!. I typically stay at the Hyatt in Denver but was extremely pleased with the Embassy Suites at the Convention Center and will be staying there from now on. Breakfast was excellent considering it was free. nice restaurant and lounge areas. Excellent beds and rooms designed well for pleasure or business use. Good location for tourest areas of downtown Denver. High quality accomodation. The breakfast is very good, considering it is included in the room price. The swiming pool is very small, much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The gym is also small. Apart from this, it is a very good hotel and I totally recommend it. The neighborhood immediately around the property didn't seem too safe after dark. Internet was terrible and we were never able to control the temperature of the room. Bedroom was an ice box but the sitting room was stuffy. The front desk staff wasn't very knowledgable about how to get around away from the city. All the information we received was not correct. It was like they did not know how far things really were. They have "light appetizers" each evening. Emphasis on the word "light". Popcorn, pretzels and usually one type of cheese and crackers. Plus wine and soft drinks. Certainly not like it was years ago. You won't be able to skip dinner. Can't complain, as it's included in the room rate, but it didn't meet expectations. nothing....everything was great!. My spouse was irritable about not knowing ahead of time that there was a nightly charge for parking; I did not find this so unusual for a city experience. Design of breakfast area designed poorly to accomodate a large crowd. Lines seem to cluster at drink station and omelete stations. No free WiFi. Stalff did not tell us we had to use our room key for the elevator. I kept moving from one to the other to get it to work. Finally another guest told us the secret!. no free wifi. nothing!. The corner room that we initially reserved with a mountain was not ready when we arrived:-(. The carpets looked dirty. It would have been nice to have a free wifi zone area in the hotel. There was no shuttle service between airport allthough description did mention this, internet was not complimentary.. The $31.00 charge for parking. The fridge in our room was broken and we had to call four times for someone to finally come up and put a new one in. It literally took them one minute to fix. Booking.com failure to inform us that there is a $31.00 per day parking charge for cars. letsbookhotel.com said it was 229.00 per night and I got billed 299.00 per night plus all the parking and other charges. They did fix it once I noticed it. The maids were mostly from Lebanon and never left us enough towels even when we left them notes and had to ask room service. Nothing. Pancakes, french toast and bacon at buffet was cold and lines very long. They did not have my reservation from letsbookhotel.com. Fortunately I had a hard copy and the process went smooth. Not sure what happen but you need to make sure they have the reservation info. Other guests in neighboring rooms slamming doors. Cleaning service didn't vaccine room well as crumbs remained from previous guest and still there after our 3 nite stay. Having to pay for parking as a paying guest was absurd. The amount we paid for the room should have included parking. Being able to have our short term guests, that were joining us, park and pay was fine. waiting on the elevators.I was attending a convention of 7000, and I know the hotel was full and the wait was to be expected. It was just annoying. Price of parking, $31 I am allergic to avocadoes; all soaps, shampoo, etc. from avocado products. No substitute in stock. The only parking they offer is $31 a day valet....a little pricey. Location of pool Carpet in room needed cleaning. A/c vent blew directly on one of the beds.
