Room 23 had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very retro-
looking, old-fashioned motel, right down to the 1950s-ea sign out front,
the kind of place I used to stay when I was a kid with my family.

Great value for price. It is an old school motor coach motel with your own carport and an extra room that used to considered the "parents bedroom". Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, and provides a great stop for access to Pike's Peak and historic Goldfield.
