The hotel is located on the edge of old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs so it was close to everything we wanted to see. It is an older hotel that has recently been remodeled. We had a kitchenette and a carport with our room. It was above my expectations. The king bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast is from 0730 to 0900. We needed to leave for the Cog Rail at at 0715, so they opened breakfast for as at 0650.We really appreciated that.

The two bedroom cottage Comfortable beds with firm mattresses Very clean Quiet Very close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. We were close to everything we wanted; Garden of the gods, Pikes Peak, Shopping, and Wind caves. Location was amazing! Good price. Very, very nice staff. Pool. Comfy Bed. Direct TV. Safe. Comfortable, easy access to Manitou Springs, bed very comfortable glad to have a carport,. Comfy beds, adequate breakfast, friendly service, and so close to everything awesome!. This hotel was in the middle of all the sights on our agenda. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned each day. Two bedrooms. Location, Location, Location. And friendly owner. De patio "Did meet our needs" Friendly staff. room size design staff location. Nice homely decor, good bed. right off major highway. I felt like a princess. Very clean. Location excellent very near all main attractions ie garden of the gods and other beautiful places in the area. Very comfortable beds and helpful friendly staff. Good parking outside of door. It was clean and comfortable staff was nice and helpful. Clean, nice to have 2 separate rooms for the family. It was very quiet. Great bed. Having the BBQ and table areas to prepare our own dinner. The staff was very friendly. Nothing much... It was scary.. Just wanted to get out of there. The TV had very little selection of stations. Could not get the ones we are used to but did get the game show network which we enjoyed. Large coffee maker in the room leaked water all over the counter. Pool was covered over at 8 pm when it was supposed to be open until 9:30. Traffic was pretty noisy. Weird public restroom smell. bathroom quite small, no coffee in the room. Door hard to unlock. Pool cold, but probably due to unseasonably cool weather. The only thing that for me could have been better was if the heating had been ut on before I got there. The room was freeezing on arrival, and a small gap under the door meant I left the heating on all the time. Afvoer bad verstopt. pool needed to be cleaned. Towels needed renewing, they were well worn. I do not have any negative feedback. No signals on AT&t phones. Had bbq but no utensils so unless you can bring own plates forks bbq equip and coals pretty useless. Pool deceptive on photo as its right on main road. Looks tired needs modernising but would say average for that area as all motels looked the same a bit run down. The door into our room was hard to open and close and we had a problem with ants. No one was at the office for late check in. Took them 20 min to arrive to check us in. Very limited breakfast. We asked if there was room for our truck in their parking lot and was informed that there wouldn't be an issue. However, after taking up 2 spaces every night and having to back out of the facility was the most enjoyable. very noisy AC. It was too hot to turn it off. The continental breakfast was terrible, there are very busy roads on both sides of the inn, the rooms are badly in need of repair/updating, obviously a favorite of the Harley crowd ~ they spent a lot of time at the pool drinking excessively. It was scary... Did not feel comfortable. Will be careful to read reviews more carefully.
