The staff was very good. When I arrived, apparently the hotel computer did not have my booking, which was done through letsbookhotel.com. I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer. She stated it was not a problem and she just entered my information and gave me a room at the priced I booked it for. Great customer service on her part!.
所有评语 » Very comfortable wonderful, wonderful mattress! No ice bucket and burned out light over the sink taken care of immediately! As we were leaving, loaded down with luggage, a passing housekeeper saw my dilemma and offered to help me down the stairs as there was no railing. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants, the hot tub, the room, the staff, the breakfast....all of these were wonderful. Our grandchildren ages 13 and 11 loved the facilities. We loved the room on the 1st floor. The sliding doorwall to the courtyard was neat. We enjoyed our 2-days stay: clean and comfortable room, large hot-tub. We were immidiately changed-over to another room when we informed about a waterleak on the sink. Recommendable, worth the money. We were allowed to check in early, and this was great since we had to be somewhere from 1:00 to 10:00pm and Molly was a big help. I also like the breakfast. Great location for shopping and dining, close to Clearwater St Petersburg Airport. Property had a nice tropical feel, room very clean and efficient. The price for the room through letsbookhotel.com was great! The location would be good if the construction was finished. A pet friendly hotel. The location is wonderful. It's very close to the ballparks. Easy access to major travel routes. Very friendly staff. Two adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms and one room for sleeping and one for a living area was very nice. Price was great considering I didn't plan on spending much time in the room, and that was to shower and sleep. Spencer was awesome at the front desk . also like the patio so I could watch my children swim. very comfortable room, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly aNnd accomodating. Location. They also sent a repair man to our room at 930pm to fix the sink. The staff was very professional and could not be nicer considering the bad situation we were put in. desayuno aceptable. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the traffic/construction on U.S. 19 is terrible in front of the hotel. No stair railing! No elevator. Toilet too low for handicap, no safety bar at either end of tub, just in middle on far wall, so I didn't use shower. There was nothing not to like. Hwy 19 construction, but that was not the hotel's fault--otherwise, no complaints. nothing not to like. There was road construction which made it very difficult to locate. Once we figured out the location, we still had difficulty actually getting to the hotel due to the traffic patterns. Could use a few upgrades. Old whirlpool with very little power and no work-out room. The room was musky at first, turned on the AC and sprayed some air freshener solved that problem. Also I wasn't comfortable with the bed, it was saggy started to give my back problems. There was a horrible smell in our hallway for two days I mean it took your breath away but we kept our door shut as much as poss. And use patio door. Road construction. Under the bed was not cleaned as we found a childs watch,crayons and tissues.That to me meant that the room was just cleaned around the bed. shower head was low, we are average in hit and it was low. I had to walk outside in 39 degree weather to get to the lobby since the two buildings were not connected. The pool was extremely cold. I ran the Iron Gril Half Marathon on Sundaythe 14th. The rooms could be updated and bathrooms. Overall good place for the price. Tv too small vending machine needed more sugar free selection in beverage. Can I just stay at a motel and get my points without having a mas of emails sent to me the following week. The biggest turn-off is the cost of my time to filter through all the emails. And, YES, I clicked on the this one and the other to NOT send exclusive members-only emails!!!!. noisy bathroom fan, shower controls very difficult to use,corroded fixtures. Service was so-so. Once they missed making up our room, which they did the next day. Another day they made up the room but forgot to give us clean towels. Pool area dated, but staff indicated this year updates. Getting off property, by car. No hot water. Room had peeling walls. Mold growth water stains. Smelled like mildew. No elevator. Hot tub sided like it was going to blow up. They didnt want to give me more towels. didn't make bed 1st day. Morning breakfast, dirty tables, rooms were average bathrooms needed updating, cracked tile, toilet had staining. The air conditioning during the day was fine. At night, it wasn't comfortable. The Hot tube made a terrible noise, didn't want my teenage grandchildren in it in fear of being harmed. staff was kind of rude. lots of construction and traffic. - building layout is strange. Make sure to take a map when checking in! - Road is in bad shape, do not follow GPS when trying to get to the hotel - First room we got had an aweful smell, we got a new room from the reception. - New room was really outdated, but if you are only going for sleep it is ok. toilet bowl was stained. Ice machine is old, and in bad shape. The location hard to find. problems with sink in room, poor security on sliding glass doors on bottom floor. the spa was green with mold. dirty, pool area, laundry. The hotel is old and tired looking and needs a remodel and updating. Normally I don't fill these out but the room was one of the worst that I have experience in a while. The mildew and soil carpet was really bad. We will never stay at this Laquinta again. Holiday makers running up and down the corridor s shouting and banging doors . Facility was a bit dirty and loud. Just a little cleaning of hallways and some fresh paint would be helpful. The room was a huge disappointment. It was not the one in the picture we saw online when we booked the room. Our room was dated and smelly. The hot tub had brown luke warm water...gross!!! The pool was ice cold too! The towels in our room had brown stains all over and the bathroom sink had a broken faucet.My teenage sons both got pink eye the next day and we feel it was from the filthy pillows. poca higiene y falta de mantenoimiento en el hotel , uno paga por tener internet y no hay.
