  The decor of the hotel was astonishing! The pool and gym were large in size. The food in the main restaurant was delicious. The staff was very curious and helpful. - The staff was very helpful. Had feather down pillows the first night and requested firmer pillows the next morning. They were immediately brought to the room.

  I liked the hotel facilities and its location. The rooms were spacious and well tended during our stay. We did have a problem with the hotel booking but whilst we were still there and after checking out the manager, Todd Kinney, went out if his way to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to the issues.   Staff was very attentive and courteous.   We loved our stay at Town Place Suite. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were awesome and very clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. - Staff was amazing.   I loved everything about our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk staff who all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They accommodated all of our requests in a courteous, professional manner. They insisted that we did not take taxi and offered the free bus shuttle to all of our shopping areas. I am sure the front desk staff has always received great comments as they are the best! - The free Shuttle Bus was great dropping us off and picking us up for both the International Plaza shopping and the Buccs v Dolphins game that night.   Everything okay, checking was fast. Rooms clean each day, pillows and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good.
