The decor of the hotel was astonishing! The pool and gym were large in
size. The food in the main restaurant was delicious. The staff was very
curious and helpful. -
The staff was very helpful. Had feather down pillows the first night and requested firmer pillows the next morning. They were immediately brought to the room.

This hotel is very close to the airport and the business I had. It is very reasonable for the price compared to other pricier hotels close to the airport. There is a mall that is very close and some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast provided free in the morning and free wifi. -

I liked the hotel facilities and its location. The rooms were spacious and well tended during our stay.
We did have a problem with the hotel booking but whilst we were still there and after checking out the manager, Todd Kinney, went out if his way to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to the issues. He has my gratitude. -

The staff was outstanding especially the Front Office Manager Anja. The
corner room 949 had an outstanding view. The pool was offically closed
at 10 pm but you could stay later as long as you did so quietly. The
overall facility was beautiful and easy to get to or from. Would
definetly stay again!

I loved everything about our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially
the front desk staff who all went out of their way to make us feel
welcome. They accommodated all of our requests in a courteous,
professional manner. They insisted that we did not take taxi and offered
the free bus shuttle to all of our shopping areas. The breakfast was
great

The free Shuttle Bus was great dropping us off and picking us up for both the International Plaza shopping and the Buccs v Dolphins game that night. A real bonus. All the staff were brilliant also with info and help.

Everything okay, checking was fast. Rooms clean each day, pillows and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, milk, cereal, bread, juice the works +24 hour coffee station. -
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant
stay. Each day we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning.
