  I think with the value I booked it was a good room they provided. I booked the hotel below $40 and was expecting some very poor motel facilitied. But what I got was a king bed with a separate bed room and living and also very very clean bathroom.   We asked for quietest room possbile. At check-in we were located on backside of hotel opposite of the busy freeway. Room was nice, updated, clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable - Friendliness of ALL staff, power shower, convenience of hotel close to visiting destination, San Diego weather.

  I liked that around the hotel there was many different places to eat so we didn't have to worry about driving far. It was easy to find parking, we've stayed at other hotels in san diego where we could not find parking at the hotel. The hotel is close to the freeway and gas stations are nearby.   Staff was very pleasant, room was clean, pool and Jacuzzi nice, older style hotel with doors opening to outside corridor, has elevator and stairs.   I loved this hotel...took my family on a mini vacation to take in the sites, visit the San Diego zoo, & seaworld.
