I think with the value I booked it was a good room they provided. I booked the hotel below $40 and was expecting some very poor motel facilitied. But what I got was a king bed with a separate bed room and living and also very very clean bathroom. They also provided microwave and kitchenette. Room had a kitchenette and appliances along with a bedroom separate from the "living room". Didn't expect that for the price. Wifi was included.
所有评语 » close to San Diego and the Tramstation to Downtown SD is close. Easy to find, quick check in, slept comfy, but.... Locked gate and office has a camera !! Clean. Price good for low income families. Cheryl and her team are a phenomenally kind bunch of people that went out of their way to help us, she made the stay worth it!. we like the pricing and the layout of the suits. the housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The price and size of the room was purfect. Staff are very friendly. Good price, nice pool. the bed was big. I liked the price and the room was fairly nice. It's set up like a extended stay with a mini kitchen and separate bedroom. Plenty of room and reasonably comfortable. I like the location its five minutes from downtown. And the price great. Some of the staff is very nice. The room was great the first night but then they down graded me to the worst room they had.. That they were close to the trolley. Clean room. The price. The space. The place was cheap. Didn't think I would be staying at some glam hotel, but this place was ghetto! The girl working the desk was nice, but I felt like she should have done more considering I bled all over from cutting my foot in their room. The price. Not the best area but we felt safe. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. It is an awful hotel. Absolutely nothing. Nothing!!!!. Not A lot. nothing. Wifi was slow. No Kitchen supplies. ...Heater didnt work in room, and it was cold inside. It turned on but wouldnt heat, was told "sorry" as I checked out. That it don't have hot tub in the pool area. when we arrived had realised that we made a misteak in the booking or misunderstood rooms layout. which i ask to be upgraded to a deluxe. the resend for booking atr your hotel was for the kitchen. the lady said that it had been booked already but never saw anyone come or leave from 103. did not like hert additude. First room had cocaroches climbing up the walls. Check room and dont stay where the renters that live there stay. Facilities are very old, my room did not include coffee maker, fen. Fen in bathroom was broken. Poor Internet signal, we could tell they are fixing it up but they turned off the water while my wife was in the shower at 9:30 am!. room didnt have everything that was desribed we were gonna have. The door had trouble opening and there is no tv in the bedroom, just one older tv set in the livingroom. I wanted to lay in bed while watching tv, but you have to sit on the couch instead. I reserved a non-smoking room for three night but I received a smoking room that they were trying to play off as a non-smoking it had burn in the carpet and the sofa bed's cover. They deducted $100 from my account because they it wasn't there before. They're rude and judgmental. The staff was rude, unapproachable and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Hotels like this give the travel business a bad name. Didn't care for bugs they had no blow dryer the paint in the rooms were awful. Housekeeping was rude. Front desk was rude. Too much reconstruction at the site. Everything!!!!!!!. The area. Holes in the walls, shower floor was so nasty we had to wear shoes in it. Parking lot was a mess. Just not a good experience. Smoke smell in a non smoking room. Bad mattress. Room was small, drywall crumbles on the floor with each time the door opens, staples exposed between carpet and tile.... Found that out the hard way with a nice gash in my toe! I think my favorite part was when I was changing and someone walked in on me!! Not cool. I will never stay here again!. Our rooms smelled bad, were not cleaned daily. Poor service. Everything, dirty, old, towels and sheets were bad. Roaches Dirty sheets Expensive Poor location Crime ridden area Noisy area Terrible facilities Dirty kitchen area Non-functioning a/c Other guests were extremely threatening Argumentative staff The doors to the bedroom couldn't open completely because the bed was blocking it. Construction was next door. I also didn't feel my property was safe and had several "guests" peer into my vehicle. Worst hotel I ever seen I didn't stay here smell bad horrible neiborhood I rather lost my money then staying there!!! I hope I get a refund from you cause you shouldn't be advertising this kind of hotels for families like my self!!!. The hotel is old and run down and had realy bad decor which needs to be done asap.The morning staff were rood and the hotel didnt feel safe at all.we saw one man going to his rom to find no room number on a badly decorated door and his key didnt work. Everything. It was a horrible experience. Everything nothing was the way they describe on the internet the door was not securly locking for my child i had to block it eith a chair it was very poorly done. i would not be staying their again and would not recommend anyone to stay at that hotel.every thing were all mess up in there.
