Upon arrival our room had been mistakenly assigned to another guest. The desk staff worked diligently to find another for our first night. Upon checkout, without my asking my bill had been lowered and the hotel had taken the initiative. We all mistakes. Smart suites admitted it and did something to compensate. Thank you. It was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent. We inadvertently booked a smoking room but they kindly switched us to a non-smoking room. The manager James was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and met any request we had. He went above and beyond. both in terms of service and professionalism.
所有评语 » We had stayed at SmartSuites for the first time when our son got married in August 2009. We thought it was great then. We recently stayed to visit my son and his family and we couldn't possibly have asked for better accomodations. It was like being at home. Very clean. Cozy,quiet,pet friendly,comfortable beds,great staff very helpful. Good coffee and delicious cookies..did not use the kitchenette but great if u want to make a meal at home... Enjoyed the warm breakfast too! I will be back that is for sure.... good size of the leaving area I stayed in one bed room suite with two double beds very confortble for two couples (family) the kitchen is ful equip,w.dishes and pots & pans for 4 people .staff were very kind. Excellent value. Excellent, personable and flexible associates (Angie in particular). The breakfast adds much to the value of the stay as well. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice breakfast, and rooms were quiet and clean. A great place to crash for the night and the rooms were priced right for the value of the stay. I liked the availability of a well-appointed kitchen, the free breakfast was better than many in similar hotels, and the location near restaurants and other amenities was excellent. Friendly staff, great Continental breakfast included in the price! We also had our own entrance and didn't have to deal with stairs or elevator. Close to our car. We will be back!. The people were very nice and accommodating. Also, the breakfast was different most mornings, and not just bread items. There were sausages, eggs, ham and fruit also. I loved the fact that we had a separate bedroom and living room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff was very pleasant and quite helpful. The one bedroom suites are just right for families. The full kitchen is very handy. Breakfast was excellent;beds were extremely comfy and the afternoon goodies in lobby area were an extra touch all hotels should offer!. Comfort, value, amenities and central location with aceess to many ski resorts,and steps from an excellent restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchens were an added bonus as we only needed a room for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quickly changed our reservation from a smoking to a non-smoking suite at check-in. smoking was allowed stafff was friendly kitchen location Ashley was a bit lax in her duties, but super friendly. We liked the location. The room was well equipped and had plenty of space. Comfortable bed and furniture. Size of room and well maintained hotel and kindness of staff members. This is our hotel now in Burlington. Well maintained, close to good restaurant, relatively quiet, windows that could be opened for fresh air. Friendly staff - very welcoming, and showed concern when we had a problem with the room. Good response. Price and other reviews brought me in. We thought the room and staff were great. We will return. We loved the fact that you still have some smoking rooms, the size of the rooms, breakfast. the room was clean and had lot's of space the staff was friendly breakfast was very good. Having 2 rooms is better than twice as nice as 1. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. we liked having facilities to eat in when we wanted,also the location was excellent. The smell of smoke drifting through the bathroom vent of our nonsmokingf room. Nothing loved everything and everyone!. for me ,,,,nothing was wromg ,, was very,, :). Even though the long term residents were in a basement wing all to themselves, the smell of smoke and other things? was so strong that I was not able to use the workout facility on the ground floor. The mix of the smoking and non-smoking rooms/floors didn't work. Although I couldn't smell smoke while in our rooms. The shower was quite loud in our room and also the one in the room beside us. That the pool was in another building. Absolutely no complaints. I had trouble adjusting the thermostat. It was quite hot in the common areas. Absolutely nothing!. beds not too comfy. room was not as clean as I wanted ( dust in corners) and it's time to upgrade furniture. Traffic noise. We booked the last 3 rooms available and they were smoking rooms. None of us smoke and upon arriving the rooms had a stale smoke smell. One of the three rooms were real bad and it never smelled any better. We still enjoyed the stay. Elevator had distinct smell of cigarette smoke. lack of signage on hwy rooms didn't get cleaned daily towels didn't get replaced daily going through bedroom to get to the bathroom dishwasher when we had 3 plates, 4 glasses of varying sized and a handful of utensils-seems useless two tv's and one channel guide. The air conditioner is right next to the bed and there was no thermostat on it, it was either on or off. Nothing. Need door to separate sink area from bedroom so that light from washing/shaving in the morning doesn't awaken spouse. Even though this was a nonsmoking room, cigarette smoke came through a vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The mattresses in both beds also seem ready to be replaced,. No conditioner in shower. no vent fan in bathroom and the light needed to be repaired. Trash outside doors to parking lot needed attention but was there throughout our stay. A/C could have been updated and more effective. nothing. They kept the heat on way too high. The swimming pool is in a different building. halls & elevators smelled of cigarettes. Not able to control temperature in living area. Need a bigger sign outside. Easy to miss entrance. Could have a little better breakfast (but not bad considering the price), better gym equipment. Pool in a other building across a parking lot,smell of cigarette smoke in the room( a staff person came to block the vent in the bathroom ) one of the beds in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. Room 103 had a lot of spiders. Close to busy road. all positive. very hot in the hotel. I have only one not so good comment: the hide-bed in the suite was not very comfortable and broken (room 110). The smell a bit like in a hospital ( it was for disabled). Night Truck Traffic.
