We like the cleanliness and style of the room and hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee on each floor was a nice touch. The room smelled yummy from the soap products. The pillows were devine. I needed a leg up to get up on the bed, so a step would be a nice touch. I also liked that we could open the windows for fresh air. Loved the shower...could have stayed in there all morning. Also like the seperation of toilet from shower facilities.
所有评语 » Beautiful room with perfect proximity to all the city sites and waterfront. Very stylish design with modern touch to natural materials. Not just another corporate cookie-cutter hotel. The boutique feel of the hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff. Great design, eco-conscious, showcasing New England products and traditions in an utterly modern way. This si a real gem of a hotel, very we'll staffed and equipped and extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. A real "find"!!!!!!!!!!. Friendly staff. Very new and clean. Good food and reasonably priced valet parking ($12). Bathrooms new and clean. Great location and helpful staff. I want to call out evan who went extra mile to make the stay more enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very polite and respectful. Atmosphere was very good in lobby and bar area. The room was very bright and we loved the natural wood. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great. Very fancy, very comfortable, very quiet Nice coffee/tea bar near elevators Very friendly staff. It was very pleasant and comfortable. staff were extremely accomodating. Loved the decor. Atmosphere was calming and serene...prime location, nice amenities. Location. I thought the rooms could be a little more insulated for hallway noise. You can walk down the hall and hear what is going on in the rooms. The ac was a bit noisy and a bit difficult to adjust. A bit pricier than we wanted for the amenities provided. More complimentary perks could have made it a total winner. We liked everything. Air conditioning very noisy with compressor cutting in and out. Noisy when raining (design problem with windows). Overpriced deluxe King. No appreciable different from regular King except trundle bed and high floor but if travelling as a couple not useful and views are of back of other hotels whether low or high floor. Wate of money. nothing. Rooms not as large as expected. Basically no storage and I do understand your reasoning, but to satisfy all people it is sorta inconvenient. I don't like bathrooms with tubs. They are difficult to enter, exit and usually slippery. This tub was very slippery. No one has time for baths anymore, why the tub?. I was told I'd have a view of the lake. I had a head-on view of the Macy's parking lot, and a smidgen of the lake. It would be better just to be straightforward with people. The hotel was very expensive. Found it difficult to regulate heat and blower was quite loud. Room facing parking lot with people from the lot looking in.never enough ice in the freezer.price for room.
