  Our room was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel and ordered dinner salads, which were missing 1 ingredient. The restaurant manager not only promptly brought the missing ingredient, but brought me a complimentary dessert.   The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere! Loved the loft idea and arriving in to a relaxing atmosphere in the lobby where guests were lounging on sofas, enjoying drinks, playing pool was very inviting.
